The boy and his mother were spotted on a flight back to Las Vegas over the weekend, and the timing coincides with his paternal grandmother issuing a statement to the press. August Keen seemingly confirms that Evans took Kaiser back to Las Vegas because of the comments made.

Last week, the Teen Mom fandom learned Jenelle Evans had sent her 10-year-old son to live with his grandmother, Doris Davidson. The Ashley Reality Roundup Group first broke the news. The outlet alleged the boy was sent to Tennessee after an incident at school.
Evans did not confirm nor deny where Kaiser was at the time. It looks like he’s heading home, though. A Reddit user spotted her boarding a flight from Tennessee to Las Vegas with the 10-year-old in tow over the weekend. Kaiser has seemingly returned to Las Vegas despite initial reports suggesting he would stay with his grandmother through the school year.
August Keen hints that Doris Davidson’s comments are the reason for the boy’s return to Las Vegas
While Jenelle Evans isn’t explaining Kaiser Griffith’s return to Las Vegas, her boyfriend, August Keen, is willing to talk. Keen reportedly issued a statement to TeenMomRealiTea, an Instagram account dedicated to the franchise. In the statement, Keen claims Doris has been “spreading negativity” to “tabloids” about the situation. Davidson appears to have issued a single statement about Kaiser’s living situation. In that statement, she neither confirmed nor denied that Kaiser was in her care. While Keen didn’t state that is the reason Evans retrieved Kaiser from her care, it appears obvious.
This is far from the first time Evans has accused someone of “selling” stories about her to the media. She’s lashed out at Barbara Evans for the same, despite Barbara appearing relatively silent on Evans’ recent antics. She recently took to social media to accuse David Eason’s sister of selling info about her to online publications, and it looks like she thinks the Griffith family has done the same. There is no evidence to support the claim.
Who is Kaiser Griffith’s father?
Kaiser Griffith is Jenelle Evans’ second son. He was born in 2014 during her short-lived romance with Nathan Griffith. While Nathan was involved in the boy’s life early on, he has since gone radio silent. The father of two has had several run-ins with the law. He’s also had multiple stays in rehab facilities since leaving North Carolina.
Nathan currently resides in Las Vegas. At the very least, that is the city where he was last remanded to jail. It is unclear if he plans to return to the East Coast following his prison stint, but it appears he still has dealings with the Las Vegas courts to clear up before he is free to leave Nevada.
While Nathan’s mother, Doris Davidson, did speak out about Kaiser and his current living situation, Nathan has not offered commentary. He did speak out in 2023, following CPS involvement at Jenelle Evans’ home in North Carolina, but admitted that he hadn’t had contact with Kaiser and was currently unable to care for him.
