Jennifer Aniston Congratulated Brad Pitt on His Oscar Win At a Private After-Party
Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston reunited once again following his big win at the Academy Awards. The two have crossed paths on multiple occasions in the past few years, sparking rumors that a romance might be in the works. While fans would love to see the pair get back together, Aniston fueled the rumors even further when she was caught congratulating Pitt for winning an Oscar during a private after-party.
Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston share a moment at the SAG Awards
Fans went into a frenzy after Pitt and Aniston were spotted sharing a moment at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Eyewitnesses say that Aniston was in the middle of a press talk when Pitt walked in the hallway and called out her name.
Aniston immediately recognized his voice and the two shared a quick embrace. Pitt won an award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, while Aniston took home the top honors for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series for The Morning Show.
Aniston was photographed leaning into Brad Pitt as the actor smiled back at her. They share a quick conversation before heading off in different directions.
Images of the encounter immediately sparked rumors that Pitt and Aniston’s romance is back on. The two have not confirmed anything about a romance, but body language expert Patti Wood is confident that they share a close bond.
Experts weigh in on Pitt and Aniston’s SAG photo
Wood, the author of SNAP: Making the Most of First Impressions, Body Language, and Charisma, examined the photos and believes that the way Aniston leans in proves that there is a lot of trust between her and Pitt.
“It indicates that she trusts him … she’s giving her weight forward. She is not making it too sexual because she’s got her feet back, but the photo to me shows trust,” Wood shared.
Wood added that Jennifer Aniston appeared very relaxed in Brad Pitt’s company. Although it is hard to see their facial expressions in the photo, Wood believes that they were both sharing a moment of joy following their wins.
The romance talk, of course, has heated up now that Pitt and Aniston are both available. Pitt cut ties with Angelina Jolie back in 2016, while Aniston divorced Justin Theroux in 2017. Neither of them has commented on their dating lives, but there is no doubt that fans would love to see them together.
The moment they shared at the SAG Awards is not only the time Pitt and Aniston have reunited.
Jennifer Aniston congratulates Brad Pitt at the Oscars
The appearance at the SAG Awards put fans on high alert. Turns out, Pitt and Aniston got another chance to bump elbows during a private party after the Oscars.
According to Page Six, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt appeared at the same after-party hosted by Guy Oseary. A source claims that Aniston congratulated Pitt on his win, though the insider says that nothing romantic happened between the former lovers.
The party was packed with A-list celebrities, including the like of Jennifer Lopez and her soon-to-be husband, Alex Rodriguez. Amazon’s Jeff Bezos was also in attendance along with his girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez.
Pitt and Aniston have not commented on the rumors surrounding their relationship. The two got divorced in 2005 and rekindled their friendship following Pitt’s split from Jolie.
Pitt opens up about his children
While we wait for another reunion, Brad Pitt recently opened up about the possibility of his children going into acting.
Backstage at the Oscars, a reporter asked Pitt if he is going to get his children into acting at a young age. In response, Pitt revealed that none of his kids will be joining the family business until they are 18 years old.
“We can have that conversation once they’re 18,” Pitt stated. “I want them to follow their bliss, follow their passions, whatever they’re most interested in.”
Pitt added that he will do his best to guide his children along the way. He also noted that he is not opposed to his children getting into acting, he just wants to make sure they are doing it for the right reasons.
Brad Pitt dedicated his win at the Oscars to all six of his kids, including Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox. Pitt, who has been engaged in a bitter custody battle over his children in the wake of his divorce from Jolie, told the audience that his children “color everything” he does.
