After only dating for a few months, J Law will finally be heading down the aisle.

Many began to speculate that the actress was engaged after she was spotted wearing a massive diamond ring a few days back.
Lawrence and Cooke have kept the relationship under wraps and have yet to release any comments on their recent engagement.
How did they meet?
It is not clear when exactly Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney officially started dating, but the two were first romantically linked back in June 2018.
It has been revealed that they were introduced to each other by Lawrence’s close friend, Laura Simpson.
“They met through Jen’s friend Laura,” a source revealed. “The relationship has been going on a few weeks. But they have been very private and careful not to be seen together.”
Back in June, a source confirmed that during one of their first dates, Lawrence and Maroney spent three hours talking while they dined at the Italian restaurant and wine bar Felice 64.
After getting to know each other, Lawrence and Maroney began dating and were not afraid to hide they relationship while out in public.
The actress and art dealer have been spotted on multiple occasions since then. They would go on dinner dates in New York City, look cozy while strolling through Central Park, and the couple even went on a European getaway back in August.
They have not confirmed their relationship
Throughout their relationship, Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney have not confirmed whether or not they were in a serious relationship.
Many of us could easily tell they definitely dating after the two were spotted holding hands, going on romantic dates, and kissing while walking the streets of NYC early on.
With all of the speculation surrounding their relationship, we can understand the couple is choosing not to comment on anything just yet.
We can guess that Lawrence and Maroney want to enjoy being engaged a little while longer without having to answer to any media outlets.

Following her split from Aronofsky, Lawrence revealed during an interview with Howard Stern that she would like to find someone and give love another try.
“I am not in a relationship. I’m making it clear that I have not had sex in a very long time,” she shared. “I would like to have a relationship, you know—it’s hard out there!”
Before Aronofsky, Jennifer Lawrence openly displayed her four-year relationship with actor Nicholas Holt. The two were constantly spotted walking red carpets together and had no problem working together.
In 2014, Lawrence and Holt split but have remained good friends over the years.
Nicholas Holt even considers Jennifer Lawrence “family” after working alongside her on the X-Men series for the past eight year.
“It’s pretty similar to Skins, we’re a big family, we’ve been doing those movies since we were 20 years old,” he says, referring to the popular British television series he also starred in. “As much as the Skins crowd grew up together, the X-Men crowd really grew up together. It’s been a good eight, nine years making those movies.”
