‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ Fans Believe This Is the Reason Vinny Guadagnino Remains Single
After a dozen years of watching the stories that make up the lives of the cast of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, fans believe they know the cast very well. This core group of strangers who became a family has remained united through break-ups, babies, life changes, and hard times. While most of the cast has settled down into serious relationships and marriage, Vinny Guadagnino remains single.
The “Keto Guido” has had many relationships throughout his years in the public eye, but none of them have turned into something more serious. In the comments section of a new Instagram post, fans believe this is why.
Who has Vinny Guadagnino dated?
In the early seasons of the first run of MTV’s Jersey Shore, Guadagnino hooked up with two of his castmates. He got together with castmate Angelina Pivarnick during season 2. That same season, he also hooked up with Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi for the first time, a relationship that would continue throughout seasons 3 and 4.
During season 2, Guadagnino also dated the Romanian model Ramona Nitu.
The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star also dated his Guy Code co-star, Maxim model Melanie Iglesias
In 2017, fans were thrilled to learn that Guadagnino was in a serious relationship with model Elicea Shyann. This relationship continued as the show’s cast reunited to begin filming the second installment of the series, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
Guadagnino was also involved in a brief relationship with Too Hot to Handle star Francesca Farago
Fans believe this is the reason Guadagnino is still single
In the comments section of an Instagram share, which contained a scene from the series, fans believe they have concluded why Guadagnino remains single.
In the clip, he spoke to his mother Paula and told her that he loved living in California, where he purchased a home in 2021. He claimed he had a lot of friends, and the move was great for his career.
However, he admitted to Paula that if California meant that he couldn’t see his family and friends regularly, he maybe didn’t want that. Guadagnino also claimed that he didn’t want to leave when he returned home to the East Coast. He also said he didn’t want to be the uncle who only saw his niece a couple of times a year.
Fans reacted to the clip with a series of like-minded comments on why Guadagnino remains single and they all point to one thing: his family.
“I love my hometown while everyone else wants to move away. Love being close to family,” wrote one follower.
“Such a mama’s boy. It’s OK. She’s a GREAT mom! Now move back close to her!” penned a second fan.
“That’s why your mom said not to sell your house,” remarked a third Instagram user of Guadagnino’s decision to sell his Staten Island abode.
“Such a chooch!” joked a fourth viewer.
In August of 2021, Life & Style reported Guadagnino sold his LA abode less than one year after purchasing the home, located just north of the Sunset Strip.
‘Jersey Shore’ star Vinny Guadagnino continues to look for love
Guadagnino has continued his search for a deep and meaningful relationship.
He looked for love as part of the MTV dating series Double Shot at Love throughout three seasons, two participating alongside co-star Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio.
During season 1, Guadagnino chose Alysse Joyner but reportedly was terrible at communication via text and phone calls, the only way the couple could communicate until the series finale aired. Their relationship fizzled before it even began.
During the second season of Double Shot at Love, Guadagnino hooked up several times with Maria Elizondo. While fans pushed for this couple to continue on a love path, they were destined to be friends.
In the third season of the series, Guadagnino tried again to find a lasting relationship. He chose traveling nurse Akielia Rucker. One day after the finale aired, Guadagnino took to social media to let his fans know the couple was no longer together. He claimed it had been seven months since the series was filmed. The former couple remained friends.
Jersey Shore: Family Vacation airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST on MTV.
