Jersey Shore: Family Vacation will film a season 4. Despite Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s decision to remove herself from the show entirely, many Jersey Shore followers don’t believe that she’s really done with the reality series.

It seems like ‘Snooki’ is done with ‘Jersey Shore’ for good 

In December 2019, Polizzi announced she wasn’t going to return to Jersey Shore after season 3. “Don’t hate me for my decision, but I have to do what’s best for me at the moment,” Polizzi shared on her podcast, It’s Happening With Snooki and Joey. “I am retiring from Jersey Shore. I am not coming back for season four if there is one.” 

Regardless of Polizzi’s announcement, some of her roommates didn’t believe she was truly done with the series, according to HelloGiggles. “I just want to move on,” Polizzi replied. “I’m not in the mood to do this drama with Angelina anymore, and I just want to be happy and positive, and film fun shows. I’m a mom of three, and I’m 32 years old, so when I leave my kids and film a show, I want to have a good time and not be around negative energy. So, yeah, I don’t think I’m going back.” Regardless of her exit from the show, Polizzi remains supportive of her roommates. 

A few ‘Jersey Shore’ viewers think ‘Snooki’ is lying

Some fans don’t believe Polizzi will be excluded entirely from season 4. One user tweeted a GIF of Pinocchio, implying Polizzi was lying about her exit. Polizzi replied: “Lol boy it ain’t happening.” Other users were upset about Polizzi leaving the show, demanding she come back. “Stop playing Nicole. You need to be in season 4,” one user tweeted. 

Still, others think Polizzi’s exit is just a publicity stunt to keep people interested in the show. “I have thought all along that Snooki ‘quitting’ was a stunt to get attention, and she hasn’t quit at all,” a user posted to Reddit. “I don’t honestly think Snooki is done, and I can’t see Jenni walking away either.”

Some fans aren’t happy about Angelina’s return 

One fan wants Jersey Shore: Family Vacation to pivot entirely. “If they got rid of Angelina, and had the cast actually involve their families, it would be worth watching,” they wrote on Reddit. “This tired attempt at replaying their youth isn’t working. Show them as adults, doing family things. I say remove Angelina because the interactions between her and the cast is so unnatural and forced, she simply doesn’t fit in, she showed up too late in the game.”

Unfortunately for this fan, Pivarnick has shared the news of another season, thus implying that she’ll be part of it.

Will ‘Snooki’ be in ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ Season 4?

At this time, it seems like Polizzi meant what she said regarding her exit from the show. She has expressed having other aspirations outside of the MTV reality series, including an interest in hosting. In 2018, Polizzi hosted MTV’s How Far Is Tattoo Far? — a project she enjoyed because the spotlight wasn’t on her. Additionally, she and Deena Cortese have also talked about hosting their own “Meatball Show.” Whatever it is that Polizzi gets into next, many Jersey Shore fans are likely to follow.
