‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’: Pauly DelVecchio Teases the Rest of Season 4
Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 4 isn’t over. Fortunately there is a whole other half left for fans to see! Showbiz Cheat Sheet spoke with DJ Pauly D over Zoom about what he’s been up to regarding the second half of this season. He shared a bit about what fans can expect in the upcoming portion of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 4.
‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’s new season should air ‘pretty soon’ according to DJ Pauly D
Since Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Angelina Pivarnick were spotted out together, many Jersey Shore fans can’t wait to see the rest of season 4. Only time will tell if Polizzi makes an appearance in season 4B.
“The second half of season 4 should be airing pretty soon,” Pauly DelVecchio revealed during our conversation. Filming just wrapped, according to the reality star. “We just filmed in the Poconos.”
Eagle-eyed Jersey Shore fans deduced the roommates filmed the rest of season 4 at the Woodloch Resort, a destination in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains. Representatives from the resort did not confirm or deny the reality stars’ stay, but rooms were unavailable at the resort up until March 16. According to what DelVecchio shared with Showbiz about the season recently wrapping, Woodloch is likely the spot where they filmed.
Pauly DelVecchio says the rest of ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ will be a ‘different flavor’
The first half of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation was filmed in a Las Vegas hotel in a coronavirus (COVID-19) safe bubble. “[There’s] a COVID staff on [set],” DelVecchio explained to Showbiz. “We all get tested [and] they all wear masks. We don’t because we’re all tested every other day.” Constant testing ensures everyone’s safety on set and gives new content to Jersey Shore fans as quickly as possible.
Production followed the same processes while they filmed in the Poconos, which DelVecchio said was different. “I’m just not used to it,” the reality star explained. “Normally, when I pack for these vacations, I’m packing tank tops — this time I was packing hoodies and big bubble jackets.”
“[Season 4B is] a little different flavor,” DelVecchio continued.
It was us in cold weather for once. Normally we film in the summertime, and there is a beach. This time there was snow, and we were outdoors with coats on. It was weird.
Regardless of the wardrobe and weather adjustment, DelVecchio had a great time in Pennsylvania.
When will the rest of ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ Season 4 air?
Realistically, fans can expect the next half of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation after season 4 of Floribama Shore concludes this spring. According to reality TV editor Dana Martell, JSFV Season 4 could be ready in as little as four weeks.
“You could get an episode from start to finish in about 10-12 weeks,” Martell explained to Showbiz. While she doesn’t work on Jersey Shore, she has worked on other MTV series like The Challenge. In her experience, the editing process is relatively similar for any reality TV series.
