‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ is coming back
Deadline confirmed season 4 of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation on June 25. The revival of MTV’s 2009 hit Jersey Shore is their second highest-rated series in the 18-24 age bracket — just behind The Challenge: Total Madness, according to Deadline.
Which roommates will return for season 4?
It seems like not all of the cast will take part in season 4. Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino shared the news on Twitter. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro also shared news of the renewal on his Instagram Stories. Vinny Guadagnino and Pauly DelVecchio also shared the update on their respective Twitter accounts.
Of the roommates who won’t return, there’s Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi. She announced her retirement from the series in December 2019. Considering the way season 3 ended, it’s doubtful Polizzi will change her mind. Regardless of her leaving the series, she still seems to be supportive of her “fam,” cheering them on for another season.
Jenni “JWoww” Farley is unlikely to return for season 4. When the finale of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 3 aired, Farley tweeted: “I am way to ride or die to see you leave. If you’re done, I’m done. There’s no Jwoww without my Snooki.” Like Polizzi, Farley seems ready to move on from the MTV reality series.
Will Angelina return for season 4 of ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’?
Angelina Pivarnick will be back for another season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Like her male roommates, she shared the news on Instagram. In a since-deleted post, she wrote: “Ohhh I can’t wait for this #jerseyshore #honeyimhome @495productions we did it again #thankful #surpriseb*tches #seeyasoon.” Pivarnick also confirmed the news to her Instagram Stories.
Many Jersey Shore fans had a lot to say regarding Pivarnick’s return. “You did it again?” one viewer wrote. “You made a come back as a prank and you ruined the whole season with your bad attitude. None of them follow you? Stay home again.” Others were excited about Pivarnick’s return, writing: “[Angelina] made the show worth the watch!! Let the haters bump their gums — you keep cashing in!!!! We love you Angelina and Chris!!!” Another wrote: “As long as Angelina is casted I’m in!!!”
Still, other fans were neutral about Pivarnick’s return. “Big fan of the show — although your wedding was filled with drama, it was still beautiful and glad to see you’re doing well. Can’t wait for the next season. Imma miss Snooki tho :(,” a fan commented.
Will Deena be back in season 4?
At this time, it’s unclear if Deena Cortese will return. She and Polizzi have been in talks of starting their own “Meatball Show,” but nothing has been confirmed. During her Instagram Live with Polizzi, fans asked Cortese if she was done with Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. “I’m not saying anything right now because I’m not really sure of how I feel,” she said. “It depends on how everything is. I can’t go into a dramatic atmosphere.”
