Pauly DelVecchio is officially off the market
Thanks to Double Shot at Love Season 2, DelVecchio and Nikki Hall are back together. The two were able to salvage the romance they formed in season 1, regardless of the trauma Hall suffered because of the show.
“It kind of just happened,” Hall said of her relationship with DelVecchio during the Double Shot at Love reunion special. “Now we get to spend real time with each other on a different type of level altogether,” DelVecchio added.

Since she’s an important person in DelVecchio’s life, Hall will join the cast of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation during season 4. This season, the roommates and their families gathered at a Las Vegas hotel to celebrate something big.
What they’re celebrating remains a mystery to fans. Still, many people thought the news could have something to do with DelVecchio and Hall’s relationship. An engagement or a pregnancy announcement, perhaps?

Since Hall and DelVecchio’s relationship was made public knowledge, many fans have started to speculate what’s next for the couple.
“What if Pauly and Nikki are getting married and they are filming the weeks leading up to it?” a fan questioned about the new season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation on Reddit. “This would be the reason why the DSAL crew went to Vegas?? They could have Nikki ask the DSAL girls to be in her wedding party because MTV is paying for it.”
It wouldn’t be the first time MTV pulled out all the stops to make an engagement happen. Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino proposed to and married his wife, Lauren, on the show. Plus, last season ended with Angelina Pivarnick’s wedding drama.
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, made comments that furthered that fan theory. “I have all the scoop,” Polizzi said during the “Secondhand Embarrassment” episode of her podcast, It’s Happening With Snooki and Joey. “I wish I could say what’s happening because it’s insane. It’s gonna be a good episode, you guys.”
Fans took this to mean the episode would have something to do with Hall and DelVecchio, either announcing their engagement or pregnancy. Still, regardless of this exciting theory, there are other fans who are disappointed Hall is joining the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation cast.

DelVecchio has taken a page out of Hall’s book. Since season 1 of Double Shot at Love, Hall has blocked fans who speak negatively about her on social media.
Now, DelVecchio is blocking fans, too. “This is how @DJPaulyD treats his fans that feel that @NikkiHallTM shouldn’t be on @JerseyShore,” a fan shared on Twitter (via Reddit). “Nikki needs 2 earn her spot on @JerseyShore. If the other girls just give her a free pass that is crazy @JENNIWOWW. @DeenaNicoleMTV @angelinamtvjs It will just make @JerseyShore fake.”
This fan also shared a screenshot that showed DelVecchio’s Twitter account, which was private. “You are blocked from following @DJPaulyD and viewing @DJPaulyD’s tweets” the page said.
Many fans were supportive of DelVecchio’s decision to block out the haters. “What’s crazy to me too is how they went off on this without even seeing any of the episodes!!” one fan commented on Reddit. “We have no idea the level of role Nikki will play.”
