Where Did ‘Jersey Shore’ Star Mike ‘The Situation’ Get That Insane Birthday Cake?
Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino turned 38 on July 4, 2020. He celebrated with most of his old roommates from the Jersey Shore and an epic cake. Many fans want to know where he got his insane birthday cake.
What did Mike ‘The Situation’ do for his birthday with his ‘Jersey Shore’ roommates?
On Sorrentino’s birthday, he went to dinner with his Jersey Shore roomies: Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Deena Nicole Cortese, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, and Vinny Guadignino. Snooki’s husband, Jionni LaValle, joined the celebration along with Sorrentino’s wife, Lauren, and several others.
The gang dined at The Butcher’s Block in Long Branch, New Jersey. The restaurant is a local meatery specializing in wood-fired steaks. After the dinner, the Jersey Shore celebs made headlines because of the speech Snooki, Deena, and JWoww gave to The Situation.
The roomies did a parody of the speech they gave to Angelina Pivarnick on her wedding day.
“I don’t know honey, should we go outside and flip out,” Sorrentino asked his wife after the speech.
During the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 3 finale, the women gave a speech making fun of Pivarnick. She did not appreciate the laughs and stormed out of her wedding. The gang still thinks the whole thing was hysterical since they attempted to replicate the fun.
Where did Mike ‘The Situation’ get his insane birthday cake?
After the celebration, Sorrentino shared a photo with his wife and a large, intricately decorated cake. Fans want to know where the gang purchased the cake.
After some digging, it looks like the cake is from Palermo Bakery in New Jersey. The Situation also had an array of Fourth of July cake pops, and other baked goods at his house the day prior. He tagged the bakery in the desserts’ photo, but not in the picture of his birthday cake.
What’s next for ‘The Situation’? Do Sorrentino and his wife plan on having a family?
During the May 18, 2020, episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, Sorrentino told his roommates that he and his wife had a miscarriage. The two conceived when The Situation arrived home from prison in September 2019. He served an 8-month sentence for tax evasion. The couple does plan to try to conceive again.
“We’re definitely trying again,” Lauren Sorrentino told People in late November. “We’re excited to move forward in that chapter of our lives. Hopefully, it happens, and once it does, it will definitely be a blessing.”
If all goes as planned, Jersey Shore fans will see a little “situation” sometime soon. Viewers hope they get their wish of starting a family.
