Jessa Duggar Just Showed That Jill Duggar Was Included in a Duggar Family Outing
It’s not easy to keep up with the Duggars. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar thrust their 19 children into the spotlight years ago, and now, it’s their adult children who are sharing their lives via social media. And there’s also plenty of drama and rumors that spread through their fan communities.
One of the most talked-about Duggars is Jill. Her husband, Derick Dillard, took to Instagram to talk about how on the outs Jill is with the rest of her family. And many Duggar fans have also noticed that Jill seems to be absent from many of her big family events.
It seems Jessa might be proving Jill’s sisters are still close with her, though. She posted a video showing Jill out with her siblings. Here’s what happened.
Derick Dillard talked about how Jill Duggar is on the outs with her family
Jill and her husband are no longer featured on Counting On after Dillard tweeted homophobic and transphobic sentiments regarding his TLC co-stars. But Dillard is far from finished telling his followers about his experience with the Duggars. During the 2019 holiday season, he took to his Instagram to share a photo of him, Jill, and their kids. And when one follower asked Dillard if he and Jill ever see any other members of the Duggar family, Dillard provided a wealth of information.
According to Dillard, “yes, but it’s just harder now because we’re not allowed at the house when JB isn’t there. Jill even had to ask JB permission to go over to the house to help her sister when she was in labor because her sister wanted her help, but Jill couldn’t provide the assistance until we got it cleared with JB.”
Dillard also noted that he and Jill were pressured to continue filming for TLC despite Jill being a victim of abuse in her past.
Jinger Duggar is back in Arkansas for a visit
Jill isn’t the only Duggar family member who’s often missing from family events. Jinger moved out to Los Angeles last year with her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, and their daughter, Felicity. And she seems to be thriving while she’s away from her family in Arkansas.
While many suspected that Jinger’s move would put her on the outs with her family, it seems that’s not the case. Not only have the Duggars gone and seen Jinger out in Los Angeles, but she made a trek back to her home state at the end of February 2020 to see everyone. And she’s also talked at length in the past about how she keeps up with her parents and siblings all the time.
“We have a family group message and so all the kids are on there and the married spouses, and we just get on there and send everyday stuff,” Jinger said during an Instagram Q&A. “So pictures, videos, whatever’s going on in our lives, we send that back and forth, and then we try to FaceTime and do phone calls, text messages whenever we can. They come visit us, we come visit them every couple months.”
Jessa Duggar showed Jill was present for a shopping trip to Target
When Jinger first arrived for her visit, it was suspected that Jill wasn’t around. But Jessa proved Jill went out with all her siblings. Not only did Jessa add a family photo that included Jill, many of the younger Duggars and grandkids, and Michelle, but she also included a video of Jill in Target with all her sisters via her Instagram Story.
Jessa’s Story shows her siblings gathering around the Target carts. In addition to Jill being there, there’s also Jana, Anna, Abbie, Lauren, and Joy-Anna. And a few of the women’s children and younger siblings are on the trip, too.
Lauren Duggar, Josiah Duggar’s wife, also featured Jill in her Story. The group of ladies went out to date to what looks to be a Panera. And Jill is smiling and laughing along with everyone.
We’re hoping Jill is enjoying her time with her family. While she hasn’t posted photos of her own regarding the outing, we’re hoping she might!
