Jessa Duggar’s New Family Photos Are Fueling Pregnancy Rumors
The Duggars are known for their love of huge families, and a few of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s oldest kids are well on their way to having many kids. Jessa Duggar already has three children of her own with her husband, Ben Seewald. And fans have speculated since the end of 2020 that Jessa could be prepping for baby No. 4.
Recently, Jessa shared sweet family photos to Instagram — and fans and critics alike think it could mean she’s pregnant. Here’s why.
Fans are wondering if Jessa Duggar is pregnant following new Instagram photos
Jessa Duggar is quite active on Instagram and YouTube, and she posted new family photos to Instagram in January 2021. The photos show her, Ben, and their three children together in a wheat field — and the pictures are seriously sweet.
“It had been almost four years since we last had professional family photos taken … it was about time,” Jessa captioned her post of Ben and their two sons. Jessa then posted a photo of her and Ben, a photo of her holding daughter Ivy, and a few more shots of the whole family together.
The professional shoot has fans wondering if Jessa is prepping to announce another pregnancy.
“Baby #4 announcement coming soon?” a fan commented on one of the sets of photos.
“Maybe that means that she’s pregnant,” another commented on the photo of Ben and the kids.
Duggar family critics found a clue that may suggest a possible pregnancy
All eyes are on Jessa to see if she’s actually prepping for baby No. 4. She’s talked about wanting many kids with Ben in the past, and it’s unclear whether they use birth control or not. All in all, it seems like Jessa might be preparing to make a big announcement — and Duggar family critics on Reddit suspect the same.
“I 100% think Jessa is pregnant,” a critic on Reddit wrote. “The third pic is when Whitney Bates got pics done and theres the same type of towel thing and her kids were holding a sonogram for their pregnancy announcement. Wouldn’t be surprised if the Seewalds do the same thing.”
“Jessa definitely is pregnant IMO,” another added. “The photographer who did this photo shoot also recently did Josie Bates’ photo shoot announcing #2. I think Jessa will announce by the end of the month and be due in June or July.”
Fans have speculated on Jessa’s pregnancy since November 2020
Critics and fans alike are keeping a close eye on Jessa’s posts, as they’ve suspected she’s been hiding a pregnancy since November 2020. And some internet sleuths think Jessa’s been dropping hints about pregnancy for even longer.
Back in February 2020, Jessa was talking to her sisters-in-law about epidurals, and she mentioned the “next time” she has a baby, she’ll be looking into it. Then, in July 2020, Jim Bob made a joke during Jessa’s daughter’s first birthday party. As Ivy smashed her smash-cake, Jim Bob joked, “This will tell us if it’s a boy or a girl,” which instantly fueled speculation.
Finally, in December 2020, Jessa held a wreath in front of her stomach for a photo with the other Duggars, and many wondered if it’s to hide a bump.
We’ll have to wait and see if Jessa’s going to make any big announcements or if she decided to get professional photos in 2021 purely for fun.
