Timberlake, age 43, of Tennessee, was observed operating a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel,” the police stated, according to People. “A traffic stop was initiated by a Police Officer from the Sag Harbor Village Police Department, and upon investigation, it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.”
The police report included additional details. Timberlake’s “eyes were bloodshot and glassy,” and he had “a strong odor” of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. He also couldn’t divide attention and had speech impairment.
Jessica Biel hasn’t commented on the situation. However, the day before the incident, she posted a sweet Father’s Day tribute to Timberlake on Instagram, calling him her “rock.”
