Jinger Duggar Is Advertising Yet Another Product After Multiple Partnership Failures
We’ve been keeping up with the Duggars for years, and Jinger is known for being one of the “rebel” children of Jim Bob and Michelle. She moved to Los Angeles with her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, and their child, Felicity. And we’ve been watching Jinger thrive in the big city ever since, as she’s spoken about wanting to experience the hustle and bustle of urban life since she was a teen.
We know the Duggar women don’t often have jobs outside of the home. But it looks like Jinger is looking for her own creative ways to make money, as she’s found multiple companies to partner with her. Unfortunately, her partnerships have been dropping like flies. But she’s at it again with a new product. Here’s what she’s promoting now.
Jinger Duggar was dumped from her partnership with Fonuts and Rebecca Minkoff
When Jinger partnered with the donut company Fonuts, she seemed ultra-excited. She posted her special-edition donut to her Instagram, and the company posted how excited they were to be partnering with her on their social media as well. Unfortunately, after Fonuts caught wind of the Duggar family’s values that include anti-LGBTQ sentiments and a general lack of inclusivity, they decided to dump the partnership.
The company issued an apology on their Instagram. “We apologize for our recent poor choice of promotional partner,” they wrote. “We were shocked and dismayed to learn about who we were associating with. We recognize we really made a mistake by not properly researching them.”
Around this same time, Jinger also seemed to lose her partnership with Rebecca Minkoff. While Jinger and Jeremy were going to help out with a Toys for Tots event, the couple canceled due to “personal circumstances.”
She also lost her partnership with Ruggable
After Fonuts, Jinger didn’t stop trying to become an influencer. But her partnership with Ruggable didn’t last long, either. On March 8, Jinger promoted Ruggable rugs on her Instagram Story, but the company pulled her partnership by March 10.
It looks like Jinger’s controversial family views struck again. A Reddit user posted an Instagram direct message they received from the company regarding the partnership.
“We were not aware of any previous remarks, supported organizations or religious affiliations related to Jinger and her family,” the company noted. “This is a complete oversight on our part and we sincerely apologize as their family’s views do not in any way reflect our own.”
She’s now trying again with BrushX
It looks like Jinger is at it again with yet another partnership. On March 18, she posted a promotion for BrushX to her Instagram Story.
“I want to take a moment to show you how I’ve been styling my hair recently,” Jinger explains on her Story while she’s combing through her wet hair. “There’s something that I’m obsessed with, and it’s this — my BrushX. And this thing both straightens and dries your hair at the same time.”
Jinger then goes on to demo the BrushX. “I just finished my blowout with my BrushX. Look at all the volume!” Jinger exclaims. “Guys, seriously. You are gonna love this. It’s gonna totally change your hair.”
Reddit users didn’t think the advertisement seemed genuine at all.
“She must have been practicing her script reading. That sounded 45% human!! Wow! Amazing!” one Reddit user wrote.
“Yep. Those things are not meant to be used to dry your hair, they’re stylers. Your hair should be 90% dry when you use them. Pfftt she can’t even pretend to be genuine,” another added.
We’re not sure how long her partnership with BrushX will last considering how short-lived the others were. We’ll have to wait and see.
