After months of mostly silence from the Duggar family, they’ve jumped back into the spotlight. In the last 30 days, Jason Duggar has debuted a relationship, Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo listed their house for sale, and Jana Duggar returned to Instagram. While the entire family is making moves, life seems especially busy for Jinger and Jeremy. In a surprising turn of events, Jinger Duggar Vuolo is preparing for the release of yet another book.

Jinger Duggar Vuolo is releasing a book

Jinger Duggar Vuolo might not be on reality TV anymore, but she still thinks she has plenty to share with the world. In recent years, Jinger has turned her attention to content creation and writing. She is now planning to release a new book. People Pleaser: Breaking Free from the Burden of Imaginary Expectations is an upcoming nonfiction offering from the former reality TV star. The book is being billed as a “guide” to people looking to break free from their “people-pleasing tendencies” and identify their “true selves.”

According to Amazon, the book will be released on Jan. 14, 2025, roughly two years after she released her most recent memoir. Her recent book disappointed fans, as the mother of two avoided most controversial topics. It’s unclear if this offering will give fans what they are looking for, but based on the description, the Duggar family’s secrets are unlikely to make it into the book. The upcoming project is being billed as a self-help guide.

Jinger Vuolo has authored several books already

Jinger Duggar Vuolo’s upcoming book is not her first nonfiction offering. The mother of two has released multiple books in the past. Years before she married and moved to California, she co-authored a book with her sisters, Jana Duggar, Jessa Seewald, and Jill Duggar Dillard. Growing Up Duggar was published in 2014.

In 2021, she co-authored a book with her husband, Jeremy Vuolo. The Hope We Hold: Finding Peace in the Promises of God focused on how Jinger and Jeremy’s faith drives their relationship. While she co-authored two books, 2023 was a big year for the Arkansas native. In January 2023, Jinger Duggar Vuolo published her first solo book. Jinger also authored a children’s book with Jeremy.
