She recently opened up about her non-existent relationship with her older brother, Josh Duggar. Josh, who admitted to molesting several of his younger sisters, is now serving a prison sentence for receiving and possessing child pornography.

Jinger Vuolo reveals she has no contact with Josh Duggar

Jinger Vuolo sat down with Entertainment Tonight to discuss her recently released book and her relationship with her supersized family today. The influencer, who is currently pregnant with her third child, has largely avoided questions about her troubled older brother, but now she’s speaking out.

During her chat with the outlet, Jinger revealed that while she’s had “opportunities” to talk to Josh Duggar, she has opted not to take those opportunities. Instead, she’s decided to go no-contact, insisting she has nothing she needs to talk to him about.

Jinger said that she hopes his time behind bars will change him, but her main focus is on her family. Still, she insists she prays for his family and those who were victimized by his actions. Jinger didn’t specifically say she’ll never speak to him again. Still, she has many years to figure out how to navigate the situation. The convicted felon will remain behind bars for many more years.

Josh is slated to be released from FCI Seagoville in 2032. His wife, Anna Duggar, and their seven children live on the Duggar family compound in Springdale, Arkansas.

The Duggar siblings were divided on how they handled Josh’s arrest in 2021

While Jinger has avoided questions about Josh Duggar in recent years, she, along with a handful of other siblings, did denounce his actions following his April 2021 arrest on child pornography charges. Several Duggar siblings have spoken out against Josh. Still, others opted to stay quiet or to support him in their own ways.

Jessa Seewald issued a public statement following Josh’s arrest that drew criticism from Duggar family critics. Jessa compared Josh’s actions to those of people who watch traditional, legal adult entertainment. Justin Duggar also drew criticism when he appeared outside the Arkansas courtroom where Josh’s trial occurred. Justin gave a “thumbs up,” which confused and angered critics. Michelle Duggar also drew criticism for penning a character reference for her eldest child.
