JoJo Siwa Still Talks to Kim Kardashian West After Playdate With North: They ‘Are Some of the Sweetest, Nicest People Ever
JoJo Siwa and Kim Kardashian West are still in touch.
Siwa, the 16-year-old YouTube sensation-singer-actress-dancer with 10 million subscribers, first rose to fame on the TV series, Dance Moms. Known for her signature ponytail, bow, and bright-colored outfits, Siwa “pretend babysat” North West in March 2019. A year later and she still talks to Kardashian West.

Siwa’s latest project involved being on Season 3 of The Masked Singer. From Fox, the program is a singing competition where celebrities face off against one another in disguise.
Every contestant drops clues audiences and judges have to decide are helpful to figuring out their identity or simply there to throw them off. Judges then make their best guesses about the masked singers true identity while fans do the same.
On The Masked Singer Season 3 Episode 9: “Old Friends, New Clues: Group C Championships,” which aired on March 26, 2020, Siwa’s identity became known before she could make it to the show’s final nine contestants, referred to as the Super Nine.
After her identity on The Masked Singer had been revealed, Siwa also opened up about babysitting North. On the show, she gave the judges hints by dropping clues related to North and the Kardashian family. Following the big reveal, Siwa spoke with People, who asked her whether or not she had remained in contact with Kardashian West since she babysat North. Her response?
“Oh yeah, I was actually just talking to Kim like two days ago,” Siwa said.
She also shared how kind the founder of Skims and KKW Beauty is along with the rest of her family.
“They’re such good people, they really are,” Siwa said of Kardashian West and her family. “You never know how people are going to be in real life, but the Kardashians are some of the sweetest, nicest people ever.”
With glowing comments like that, maybe Siwa will make another appearance on Keeping Up with the Kardashians in upcoming episodes of the long-running reality series when Season 18 premieres on E! at 8 p.m. on March 26, 2020.
North West made slime and danced with JoJo Siwa on their playdate
When North and Kardashian West showed up Siwa’s house in March 2019, the 6-year-old had been a little nervous and starstruck meeting one of her favorite people. With some help from her mom, North overcame her nerves that had at first left her speechless around Siwa. In fact, it went so well North may be a mini YouTuber in the making.
While Kardashian West marveled at the YouTuber’s colorful house filled with personalized swag, North and Siwa filmed a video where they danced and made slime. The footage went up on Siwa’s YouTube channel and now has more than 32 million views. Cameras were also there to documt everything for an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
