Joseline Hernandez Says She Turned Down Wendy Williams’ Offer to Hash Out Feud: ‘I’m Sick of Her’

Joseline Hernandez has fought and forgiven a lot of people, but it doesn't look like that it'll be the case with Wendy Williams. In a May interview, Hernandez claimed Williams allegedly reached out to her following their infamous spat on her show, but she passed on the chance.

Joseline Hernandez has had it up to here with Wendy Williams.

She previously got into a heated discussion with the TV host during an April appearance on her show. Hernandez was there to discuss her Zeus network series Joseline’s Cabaret, but the interview quickly turned chaotic as she criticized Williams for not having more respect for her and her accomplishments and accused her of mistreating women of color. Hernandez said in an interview that Williams later invited her to talk things out, but she made it clear that she has no interest in that.

Joseline Hernandez and Wendy Williams got into it on the air

Hernandez has appeared on The Wendy Williams Show several times over the years, but during her appearance on April 28, things quickly went left. Shortly after Williams introduced Hernandez, the reality star began calling out Williams’ perceived slights against her

“Miss Wendy, I must just say this to you first,” Hernandez said. “I hope you’re gonna give me my flowers today. I hope you’re gonna honor how much work I’ve put out there. I hope you’re gonna not kinda throw this off outside of everything that I’ve done. I’m an accomplished woman and I just feel like every time I come to your show, you don’t give me those flowers.”

Williams then dismissively hurled literal flowers in Hernandez’s direction, which seemingly only escalated things. But after more back and forth, Williams was finally able to regain control and continue with the interview.

Joseline Hernandez reflected on her fight with Wendy Williams

Weeks later, Entertainment Tonight caught up with Hernandez and asked her about her spat with Williams. “She was very rude,” she said, “and as the host, no matter who you are, you still should be respectful to the people that sit in front of you and speak to you and give you their story or their time and their conversation.”

She also felt it was “disrespectful” for Williams to throw flowers at her instead of really hearing her out. “When she threw the flowers at me, when she was being real disrespectful and not acknowledging the fact that when Latinas and Black women sit on her couch, she’s always going for annihilation,” Hernandez continued. “She don’t give me my props for nothing that I do. I’m 35 years her junior and she don’t give me no props.”

“I’m doing big things out here, I got two shows that I own, I franchise. I’m doing my thing, I got an actual cabaret show that we are going to Vegas next season. But you always want to compare me with people,” she added.

Hernandez noted that Williams allegedly reached out to her to “talk to [her]” after the confrontation, but she denied the request. “I was like, ‘I don’t want to talk to that B-*-T-C-H’ I’m sick of her,” she recalled.

Williams has not commented on Hernandez’s claims at the time of this writing. But knowing her, we’re sure Hernandez’s name will eventually come up for one reason or another in future episodes of her show.
