Just Friends: Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian Show Some Insta Love in the Comments
Fans still think there’s a future for Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick. Every time they’re pictured together, Keeping Up with the Kardashians viewers start crossing their fingers that there will be a baby number four. Even though they were never the most stable couple, Scott and Kourtney now have three beautiful children together.
They’ve been officially broken up since 2015, yet somehow their relationship is better than ever. They’re at the top of their co-parenting game, and now they’re both single at the same time. That leaves fans hoping that they’ll get together again and that it will stick this time.
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have a long history
Mason Disick, the couple’s oldest son, is now 10 years old. They’re relationship is even older than that. Even though they were always off again, on-again, there’s no doubt that these two have chemistry. In fact, Kourtney and Scott met at Kourt’s ex-boyfriend’s house. Joe Francis, of Girls Gone Wild fame, introduced the two at a party at his home in Mexico. She was apparently so enthralled with the young socialite that the two started the physical part of their relationship right then and there.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians began a year later, in 2007. Scott’s hilarious one-liners and their relationship drama was perfect for reality TV. Fans have watched their relationship unfold on-screen for the last 13 years. In 2015, the two split for seemingly the last time. Both dated other people. Scott had a long term relationship with Sofia Richie that ended just this year. Kourtney was involved with Younes Bendjima, although it wasn’t as serious. Their relationship status is still blurry, but it seems like they’re currently off.
Kourtney Kardashian joked that Scott Disick is her husband
Since both Kourtney and Scott are single for the first time since their breakup, fans lost their minds when Kourtney apparently called Scott her husband on Instagram. She posted a pic with herself and TikTok star Addison Rae. The caption read “My husband’s girlfriend and I exchanging stories.” Despite the cute caption, apparently Scott and Kourt are still just parents and friends.
A source close to the couple spoke to US Weekly, saying, “Scott will always love her and she’ll always have a place for him, but there’s no way these two would ever get married. It was just a joke.” That’s a bummer for fans, but these two haven’t stopped giving people hope that there’s a possibility of renewed romance between them. Scott will not stay off of Kourtney’s Instagram, and his comments are super flirtatious.
Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian continue to flirt
Kourtney posted a pic of herself in a silver one-piece swimsuit, with the caption, “Lake ya.” Scott commented “What a lake er.” The comment itself is cute, but the two were actually together while Kourtney wore that swimsuit. Scott and the oldest Kardashian sister were on vacation together when she posted the pic.
While the couple takes trips together all the time for the kids, this time seems different. Based on videos they’ve posted, it seems like the chemistry has been turned up to 11. There may be a reason for that. Even though sources insist there’s no possibility of romance, Scott apparently thinks that Kourtney “looks better than ever.” That’s part of the reason they’re always flirting.
According to the source, however, it’s meaningless. Not everyone can have the kind of relationship Kourt and Scott do, so most people don’t understand the dynamic. “Scott is so happy that he and Kourtney get along so well and how easy it is with her. It’s weird to everyone else, but not to them. They are really like best friends.”
