Do Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel Have a Prenup That Would Cost the Singer Millions?

Following Justin Timberlake‘s DWI arrest in Long Island, New York, attention turned to his wife, Jessica Biel.

Since trying the knot in 2012, the couple’s relationship has made headlines in the past after the “Sexy Back” singer was accused of cheating on Biel. JT’s reputation has also taken a hit because of some of his past controversies, and most recently, what Britney Spears alleged in her memoir The Woman in Me about how he treated her when they dated.

Now, some fans are wondering if this arrest could spell more marital problems and lead to a divorce for Timberlake and Biel, and, if so, how much would he have to pay. Here’s more on that and what their prenup states.

Timberlake was arrested just hours after Biel posted a tribute calling him her ‘rock’

Biel, who has been filming her Prime Video series The Better Sister in New York City, posted rare photos of Timberlake with their children, Phineas and Silas, for Father’s Day along with a heartfelt message calling her husband their “rock.”

“You’re so many things to so many people. But to us you are THE ROCK,” Biel wrote via Instagram with a few family pics on June 16. “The rock we climb on, we lean against. The rock that shades us from the sun. And when we recline on you, as we always do, hopefully our butts will keep you eternally grounded and warm. We LOVE YOU.”

TMZ obtained a copy of the police report confirming that the “Suit & Tie” artist was pulled over in the early morning hours of June 18 after leaving The American Hotel in the Sag Harbor village of Suffolk County. Timberlake was charged with driving while intoxicated and cited for running a stop sign and operating his 2025 gray BMW outside of the proper lane. According to court documents, Timberlake told the arresting officer he just had one martini and refused to take a breathalyzer.

A source claimed he also muttered: “This is going to ruin the tour.”

Timberlake is in the middle of his The Forget Tomorrow World Tour. It began in April, not long after some fans “retired” him and his album flopped following the allegations of mistreatment in Spears’ book.

How much Justin would have to pay Biel if they ever got divorced

The “Cry Me a River” singer can’t afford any more bad press as it’s already had a negative impact on his career.

As for his marriage, the timing of his arrest is at the very least embarrassing for Biel. But talk of a divorce at this point is nothing more than speculation from fans. If they were to divorce though, Timberlake, who has an estimated net worth of $250 million, would likely have to pay alimony and child support to Biel.

Moreover, their prenup has an infidelity clause, which according to the New York Daily News, states that Timberlake would fork over $500,000 to Biel if he cheated on her. He was accused of cheating on Biel with Olivia Munn back in 2010 but that was before they were married. In 2019 though rumors swirled that JT cheated with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright after they were spotted in New Orleans together getting cozy. Timberlake apologized for a “lapse in judgment” but denied having an affair with Wainwright.
