Kanye West and Bianca Censori tied the knot in December 2022 — not long after West and Kim Kardashian divorced. Kanye and Bianca did have a small marriage ceremony; friends don’t know if it’s legal, but it’s very real to them,” a source told Us Weekly at the time.
The couple made headlines in 2025 for their Grammy Awards stunt, and many show viewers wondered whether Censori was OK with revealing her naked body during the black tie event. After the Grammys, rumors swirled that the couple was headed for divorce.
Whether they signed a prenup when they tied the knot is unclear. In October 2024, sources told DailyMail.com that Censori had enough of West’s antics and looked forward to leaving him. One of the sources said she did not sign a prenup.
“Her friends believe that she is ready to take him for what he is worth and walk away a very rich woman as they did not sign a prenup,” the source alleged.
DailyMail.com later reported that the couple verbally agreed that Censori would receive $5 million in the event of a divorce. However, the report noted that West and Censori were planning to officially call it quits on their marriage, which now does not appear to be the case.
“Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together,” West’s representative, Milo Yiannopolous, told The Hollywood Reporter. “Announcements about their private life will come from them directly, not unsourced rumor in the tabloid press. Is this the fifth, or is it the sixth time the press has wrongly reported that Ye and Bianca are separating? I’ve lost track.”

Divorce rumors swirled around Bianca Censori and Kanye West in late 2024. The couple didn’t directly address the reports. However, they proved they were still together by taking off to Tokyo and heading out on public dates. An insider told The U.S. Sun that West “had issues” trusting his wife, but they remained devoted to each other.
“Bianca loves being Mrs. West and loves the jet-set lifestyle; it’s unlikely she’d be the one to file for divorce,” the source alleged. “Kanye has had issues where he says he doesn’t trust her, but they always reunite after a break. If anyone is going to file for divorce down the line, it would be Kanye, but he’s religious and believes in marriage, so he’d give it his best shot to keep it together.”
Did Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have a prenup?
While Kanye West and Bianca Censori might not have a prenup, West and Kim Kardashian did. Kardashian and West tied the knot in 2014 and divorced in 2022. According to The Guardian, the exes agreed that West would pay $200,000 monthly in child support. They also agreed to have joint custody of their four children and not pay each other spousal support. Their prenup kept their properties separate.
Kardashian appeared to reflect on her divorce from West in a February 2025 episode of The Kardashians.
“That’s the hardest part; I’ve been there, when you don’t foresee something happening that really changes a person’s personality,” she said while talking to her sister, “and then they’re not the same person and you can’t ever get that person back — but you can’t live with the new person. I get it.”
Kardashian elaborated on her feelings in a confessional. “It’s tougher when you don’t want your marriage to end off of your personal reasons, but circumstances change that force your marriage to end,” she said. “I’ve been there, Khloé ’s been there, and so when you weren’t planning on that, and that’s not really the outcome you want, but there’s no other option, I think it makes it harder to get over.”
