Kanye West Will Not Be Able to ‘Conduct Business’ in U.S. After Hateful Tweets, Mogul Says
Kanye “Ye” West is under fire following several hateful and antisemitic online rants. West took to X to announce that he identifies as a nazi. He also noted he has “dominion” over his wife, Bianca Censori. His website, Yeezy, also displayed $20 T-shirts for sale with swastikas printed on them after the Super Bowl. Now, a tech mogul says West is losing all of his opportunities to make money in the U.S.
High-profile names in entertainment, fashion, and tech are allegedly upset over Kanye West’s rants
Kanye West took to X to share his darkest thoughts, which included how he identified as a nazi and looked up to Hitler. Unfortunately, his rants have come back to bite him. Tech mogul Daniel Starr told The U.S. Sun that high-profile names in entertainment, fashion, tech, and politics are privately talking about West on WhatsApp. The groups hoped to ensure that West would no longer have the ability to conduct business in the U.S.
“A number of WhatsApp groups have been set up that I’m part of, with people that are very significant in tech, in Hollywood, in real estate, people who are super influential in government, people who work at the big streaming platforms, people from all of the major U.S. companies and I can assure you the right thing is happening,” Starr told the publication. “Kanye is done.”
Starr didn’t go into detail regarding how West will be blocked from conducting business. However, he said many people want to ensure that West cannot make money in the States like he once did.
“I work with a number of people in the manufacturing and production of clothing for Kanye and they are not going to be doing production for him any longer,” the mogul continued. “I’ve spoken directly to them. … And the only way that he will be able to continue doing anything in fashion is if he takes it overseas.”
Starr also alleged that several streaming platforms plan to remove West’s music. “This has gone beyond canceling; you’re not even worth our time,” he said.
Kanye West’s talent agency dropped him following his rant

Kanye West might already feel the repercussions of his social media rant. Rolling Stone reports his talent agency dropped him.
Daniel McCartney, a talent agent at 33&West, posted an Instagram story on Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, about his decision to drop West “effective immediately.” McCartney decided due to West’s “harmful and hateful remarks that myself nor 33&West can stand for.”
Yeezy’s previous chief of staff, Eric Cui, also quit following West’s remarks. Cui wrote a statement on Instagram about his decision after West defended Sean “Diddy” Combs for attacking Casandra “Cassie” Ventura.
“I loved working at YZY because I believed in your dream,” Cui wrote. “I believe in free speech … so I will use my free speech to say that violence and crimes against women and children is wrong.”
Ye might want to make a full-time move to Japan
If Kanye West can no longer do business in the U.S., he might make a full-time move to Japan his new reality. A source told In Touch Weekly that West wants to move to Tokyo, which is where he spent many months in 2024 to work on his next album, Bully.
“Fact is, he just doesn’t have the passion for America that he used to have; he feels like he’s constantly harassed when he’s there, whether it’s by people looking to sue him, or just tear him down for the hell of it,” the source alleged.
The insider noted that West thinks living abroad could benefit his children. “He’s still able to see his kids and he loves being able to expose them to a different way of life outside their bubble of L.A., so he sees nothing wrong with making his permanent home so far away; if anything, he thinks it’s good for them to have a different perspective,” they continued.
