Kardashian Fans Can’t Tell Which Kris Jenner Is Real in Picture With Her Wax Figure
Kris Jenner is the matriarch of the expansive Kardashian-Jenner clan and their self-proclaimed “momager.” Jenner is the mastermind behind many of the family’s biggest deals, including the famed reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and all of the show’s spinoffs.
In spite of her evident devotion to her family, Jenner has received some criticism for her sharp business acumen as well as for her love of cosmetic enhancements. Recently, Jenner revealed that she has her very own wax figure in her house, sharing a photo of the figure to her social media.
Fans were immediately shocked to see how remarkably similar the wax figure looks to Jenner herself.
Kris Jenner had a wax figure of herself custom-made
In December 2019, during the heart of the holiday season, Jenner took to social media to reveal that she had commissioned a custom wax figure of herself. Jenner admitted that the Hollywood Wax Museum had made it for her and that she likes to keep it in her lounge.
There’s no doubt that the wax figure is an excellent conversation piece. In the videos Jenner shared, her guests were in awe of the super-realistic figure.
Chrissy Teigen, a close family friend, as well as Jenner’s daughters, couldn’t get over how incredibly similar to Jenner the wax figure is. Kim Kardashian raved about the physical similarities, saying: “This is her exact hairline. I can’t even tell you how creepy and amazing this is.”
While it’s not clear if Jenner keeps the figure in her house all throughout the year or if it stays at the Wax Museum with the other Kardashian-Jenner wax figures for the majority of the time, it certainly made a splash in Jenner’s palatial home during the holidays. What’s more, Jenner’s family and friends weren’t the only ones stunned by the accuracy of the wax figure.
Fans couldn’t tell which was the real Kris Jenner
Not long after Jenner posted about her wax figure on social media, fans on Reddit started discussing the almost scary realism of the figurine. Reposting a shot of Jenner, her wax doppelganger, her boyfriend Corey Gamble, and the wax figurine of Kourtney Kardashian, the original poster on Reddit gave props to the fact that Jenner decided to “twin” with her wax figure by wearing the exact same outfit, a sparkly black tuxedo. The result is that the two look so similar that it is difficult to tell the two apart.
Fans in the comments were very confused by the photo, unable to determine the difference between the real people and the wax figurines. A few even stated that they thought the wax figure of Kourtney Kardashian was actually the real person, and some questioned whether or not Gamble himself was real.
A couple of Reddit posters even stated that “they all look like wax figures,” which led some fans to slyly reference Kris Jenner’s plastic surgeries.
Kris Jenner loves cosmetic enhancements
Jenner has made no secret of the fact that she likes to stay looking young. She has admitted to having a few procedures, including a chin lift, Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and even breast implants.
Still, she has denied ever having serious work done and stated that she’s never gotten a nose job, in spite of ongoing rumors.
It’s clear that Kris Jenner doesn’t mind slightly mocking her image and has a good sense of humor about life. The “momager” has become the queen of a media empire and is definitely living her best life.
