Kate Middleton Subtly Shows She Has ‘Secret Plans’ Up Her Sleeve With 1 Pose, Body Language Expert Says

Kate Middleton recently released a very special set of photos, and some body language experts have been analyzing them for deeper meanings. One guru even alleged that the Duchess of Cambridge has one pose that shows she has “secret plans” up her sleeve.

Kate celebrated her 40th birthday on Jan. 9, 2022. She decided to release three portraits in honor of the special occasion. In each photo, Kate wore a different dress and posed in a different way. The photos were taken at London’s Kew Gardens by photographer Paolo Roversi.
The pictures have taken the internet by storm. According to Express, research done by Dalston-Mill Fabrics revealed that online searches for “one shoulder dress” and “red dress” went up 733 percent and 376 percent in the United Kingdom, respectively.

Body language expert Jesús Enrique Rosas (who also goes by The Body Language Guy on social media) analyzed Kate’s 40th birthday portraits in a recent video.
In one instance, he looked at Kate’s red dress photo. Rosas pointed out that the color red is “the most powerful color there is,” so Kate’s photo is getting across the statement of “power.” He also noted: “The color of Catherine’s dress sends a very clear message: You don’t want to mess with her.”
Fans might also notice that Kate also has her hand in her pocket in the picture. According to Rosas, a hidden hand could indicate “hidden intentions” or “secret plans.” However, the way it is interpreted will depend on whether one supports Kate or not.
“People that are not Catherine’s fans will just view this as suspicious,” he said. “But you can very well guess that she’s not sending her message to those people. This is a message to her supporters, her fans, anyone that wants her to succeed. ‘I still got surprises in store for you.’”
Kate Middleton was ‘apprehensive’ before the photoshoot
It seems these 40th birthday photos have been a big success for Kate’s PR team. However, Roversi, her photographer, revealed that the duchess was ‘fearful’ and ‘apprehensive’ before the photoshoot.
“Every day she is machine-gunned by photographers but not used to posing; knowing my photos with the models she was a bit fearful in facing a real session, which then required about four hours of work,” Roversi explained (via People). “But once she started it would be very easy, I reassured her. And so it was.”
Roversi also shared that there are more pictures the public has not seen yet, including one of Kate dancing.
He said, “In the end I wanted to take pictures in motion, so with that wonderful wide skirt I made her dance in front of my camera, a kind of accelerated waltz mixed with a pinch of rock ‘n roll.”
