For years, Kelly Ripa has shared a photograph of her Christmas tree on Instagram. Each holiday season she lovingly calls the holiday centerpiece “The Lady.”
Ripa wrote in the caption of her photograph, “Behold the lady. Even the trees are skinny this year #treezempic?”
The impressive tree appears to dwarf the living room in the townhome Kelly shares with her husband of 28 years and LIVE with Kelly and Mark co-host, Mark Consuelos. The couple lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in the home they purchased in 2013 for $27 million, reported Closer Weekly.
The couple decorated the massive green tree with plenty of ornaments. Its bottom was accented with a scarlet skirt trimmed with green.
Two accent chairs flank the holiday centerpiece. Behind it, a set of floor-to-ceiling drapes are pulled away from the windows, and the couple’s balcony is adorned with holiday lights.

Ripa said when the family entertains visitors in the room, “We make them sit on the sofa, which is a chic, shiny velvet. And we watch them slide. Kind of throws them off a little bit. At the end of the day, we’re still us, so it’s gonna be goofy.”
Consuelos pointed toward the sofa, located in the front of the room. He revealed that for the holiday season, “We actually have the middle part of that couch removed.”
The actor and television host continued, “We spread out the chairs and we put a Christmas tree right in that window.” Ripa added, “This entire room becomes a Christmas room.”
It’s also the place where the couple and their three children Michael, Lola, and Joaquin shared many happy memories. For Christmas, the family typically gathers together with extended family and friends to celebrate the holiday.
