Lamar is no stranger to recognition. He’s also a Grammy winner. Lamar received his first Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist and Album of The Year for Good Kid, M.A.A.D City in 2013. The following year, he went on to win his first Grammy for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song for “I” in 2014. He won the coveted Best Rap Album ward in 2018 for DAMN.
Lamar’s first Grammy performance was during the 56th Grammy’s. He performed a song with Imagine Dragons. So far, Lamar has had 12 Grammy wins and an impressive 29 nominations.

His first studio album, Section 8.0, was released in 2011 and was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America. He then released Good Kid, M.A.A.D City in 2012, which also went Gold. His 2015 studio album release, To Pimp a Butterfly, was certified Platinum by the RIAA. In 2017, his next album, DAMN, was certified Platinum three times by the RIAA.

Lamar frequently makes appearances alongside other artists. He has made appearances on the songs of artists including Robin Thicke, Drake, 2 Chainz, Birdman and J. Cole, reports Celebrity Net Worth.
In addition to making guest appearances, Lamar also earns income from endorsement deals. He currently has a deal with Nike. Before that, he had a deal with Reebok, during which he helped with the creation of three updates of the Classic “Club C” sneaker.
