Lamar Odom and Khloé Kardashian were married for 7 years
Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom got married in 2009 after dating for one month. Their wedding was featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and the couple starred in the spinoff show Khloé & Lamar.
Rumors circulated that Odom was abusing drugs after he was arrested for DUI in 2013 and refused to take a chemical test. Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom in December 2013.
In October 2015, Odom was hospitalized after being found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada. Following the incident, Kardashian withdrew her request for divorce so she could help Odom make medical decisions throughout his recovery.
Odom left hospital care in January 2016, and Kardashian refiled for divorce in May. Their divorce was finalized in December 2016.
In a May 2019 interview with ET, Odom shared what he would like to say to his ex-wife. “I love you and thank you for being there for me when I couldn’t walk or talk,” said Odom.
He revealed that he never stopped loving Kardashian. “You know, when you marry someone after knowing them 30 days, I don’t think that love will go away,” Odom shared. “You know what I’m saying? A piece of paper that says we’re not together no more, that love will never go away.”

On Jan. 3, Tristan Thompson, whom Kardashian has been dating on and off since 2016, revealed he is the father of personal trainer/fitness instructor Maralee Nichols’ baby.
Thompson apologized to Kardashian on his Instagram Stories, saying, “Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you.”
Odom responded to the news by commenting on a Facebook post about Thompson’s paternity scandal. The popular Instagram account Comments By Celebs highlighted Odom’s reaction.
The former Lakers player wrote, “I truly wish nothing but the best for her and I’m hoping we can reconnect and talk one day as friends she is a good person and deserves the world.”
