If there is one thing we’ve learned about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s marriage and relationship, it’s that opposites attract. When the reality queen and rapper began dating romantically in 2012, many of us were taken aback. After all, it appeared that they had very little in common except for their love of the spotlight.
Now, after six years of marriage and four gorgeous children together, Kimye is still going strong. Over the years, we’ve seen them publically disagree on topics like politics, fashion, and even how to raise their children. However, despite our opinions, they’ve always managed to get back in sync with one another.
In fact, Kardashian just posted an epic selfie featuring herself and her hubby that showcases their personalities while giving the internet something to talk about.

Kimye has known each other since well before Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The duo initially crossed paths when West recorded a song with the KKW Beauty mogul’s then-friend, Brandy. “I vividly remember hanging out with him… He was asking his friends: ‘Who is this Kim Kardajan?’ He didn’t even know what my name was,” the starlet told Ryan Seacrest in 2017.
However, the duo really didn’t become friends until 2008 when they worked together on a Star Wars-themed show entitled Alligator Boots. Thankfully it never came out.
Their relationship turned romantic a few years later and nothing has been the same since.

Kardashian and West obviously adore one another, but that didn’t stop them from having a super awkward PDA moment at All-Star Weekend n Chicago. Kimye sat courtside during the All-Star Game when they got caught on the kiss cam.
The Skims mogul made kissy faces at the camera before turning to West, who then ignored his wife for a good five seconds until he finally noticed her, and got a kiss on the cheek. Twitter still hasn’t recovered. “lmao now why he ain’t kiss her back,” one user asked.
To be honest it just didn’t seem like Yeezy knew what was going on. In fact, Kardashian didn’t seem too bothered since she posted the kiss cam on her Instagram stories.

Kimye is now in Paris visiting designer Jean-Paul Gauthier’s atelier. Of course, Kardashian snapped a selfie of her stunning couture gown. In the background, West was chowing down on a massive bucket of KFC chicken. Kardashian captioned the photo, “JPG & KFC” and the internet will never recover.
“Kanye smashing a bucket of KFC while Kim tries on a JPG dress is a MOOD,” one fan wrote on Twitter. Another user quipped, “Kim will you stop taking pictures of yourself Kanye is trying to enjoy his chicken.” Another Kimye fan added, “This picture screams ICONIC in so many levels it shocks me.” One person pointed out, “KFC Marketing team going into overdrive right now to jump on the wave.”
Sadly, Kardashian is plant-based so she did not partake in her husband’s bucket of chicken.
