There’s no question Kim Kardashian West is one of the most photographed women in the world. The de facto face of the Kardashian empire has more Instagram followers than almost any other person on the planet: She currently ranks 7th, right behind younger sister Kylie Jenner.
So it’s not surprising that the mother of four also seems to look perfect. From her hair to her makeup and her clothes, everything is planned out in excruciating detail.
Over the past 13 years, Kardashian has transformed from a young socialite to a successful businesswoman and mom. But it’s not just her career and family life that has changed since she first appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Over the years, fans have commented on the 39-year-old’s changing looks — many speculating the star has had plastic surgery. But some fans argue that Kardashian might not be lying about not having plastic surgery.

BuzzFeed recently put together a “before and after” collection of the Kardashian family, documenting the changes each woman has undergone over the past decade and a half. And there’s no question, there’s a noticeable change in Kardashian’s appearance.
But has she had plastic surgery? Kardashian has always vehemently denied accusations that she has had plastic surgery. She doesn’t have a fake rear end, her nose is real, and no, she did not have a rib removed. The star did, however, admit that she has had a few injections and fillers.

Fans love to speculate over which famous faces are the work of a plastic surgeon. Who could forget how obsessed critics were with Renee Zellweger’s “shocking” new look. These rumors about the KUWTK star just won’t go away. But it appears, some fans may actually have Kardashian’s back.
A recent Reddit thread featured a set of photos from a confessional shot during the early years of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The original poster wrote, “Kim was so beautiful!!! She still is but wow! These shots from one of the earlier season’s confessional are so gorgeous!”
Other users immediately commented, saying the reality star never should have undergone plastic surgery, she was beautiful to start. Others said that she, “went for Eurocentric facial features because that was in/mainstream,” remarking the choice is “so sad.”
But other fans stood up for KKW Beauty founder remarking that she most definitely has fillers, not plastic surgery. Most fans agree that Kardashian has had lip injections and also has veneers. They say the changes have made her look less “exotic,” and more “basic.”
Let’s remember, this is a woman who we’ve watched age from 26 to 39. Who over that time went from having zero children to four. There’s a very good chance she’s not lying. How much have you changed in the past 13 years? The Kardashian family is so open and has no problem showing off everything. It’s questionable whether this is what Kardashian would choose to lie about.
