Kim Kardashian West Just Gave a Tour of Her Kids’ Playroom and It’s More Epic Than You Could Imagine
Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are known for their home’s minimalistic and neutral-colored home, but the reality star has assured fans in the past that her kids’ rooms and play area are filled with color. Hot on the heels of her recent refrigerator, pantry, and kitchen tours, Kardashian West took fans inside her kids’ playroom — and it doesn’t disappoint.

Kardashian West shared her latest home tour in an Instagram Story, as fans have been wondering where all of the kids’ stuff is after seeing their rather stark and uncluttered home.
Behold, the child’s playroom of your dreams. The huge room is also neutral in color but filled with a collection of so many imaginative and colorful toys, you can’t imagine that the Kardashian West kids, North, 6, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 9 months, would ever be bored.
It’s spacious and contains a virtual toy store within — Kardashian West showed off a stage with a drum kit and other instruments and microphones, so many toys, a cute grocery store with a cash register, areas for art and homework, and a projector so they can watch movies.
The playroom organization has fans stunned
The playroom’s contents aren’t that surprising given their wealth, but there is something that’s blowing fans’ minds: the organization.
“I’m cleaning up for the night and just because you guys always say my house is so minimal, you guys haven’t seen my playroom,” Kardashian West explained in the video.
She showed off some of the areas, noting: “We have our stage here where the kids often have a band, and a projector so they watch movies while they sit in the playroom. We have our sing-along microphones and violins. The kids play instruments. North plays violin.”
There are areas, she points out, for each kid’s interests: Psalm’s got baby toys and North has a dollhouse and “OMG dolls that she’s obsessed with,” Kardashian West explains, sharing that Chicago has baby carriages and Saint has an area with Legos, cars, action toys, and trains. There are toy horses, an art easel for painting, and a small ball pit with a slide, too.
“This is where they do their homework. Here’s all the organized educational stuff for their homework that they sit and do here,” she shared, showing off an area organized by color.
Kardashian West notes one area is “Chi’s world,” with an ice cream shop, grocery store, and kitchen. The grocery store, complete with carts, has a fun scanner and a credit card machine you can sign your name on, which she demonstrated.
There was even more in the closet
While that was all impressive enough, it was the additional closet full of costumes and crafty stuff that has to be the most organized child’s area of all time, with most items grouped by color.
Everything has a place, a labeled bin, and is so organized. The crayons, Kardashian West pointed out, are organized by color. She joked in the video: “There you have it people, there’s color!”
In December 2019, Kardashian West shared during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show how she maintains such a star home with a family of young children.
“Their rooms are really festive and wild and everyone has a theme, and so I let them go crazy in their room and the playroom. So they respect it. They respect the space everywhere else,” she shared at the time.
