When Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West began dating in 2012, fans were perplexed. After all the conscious rapper from Chicago and the LA-born socialite didn’t seem to have anything in common. Still, after a while, their union began to make sense.

The pair went on to have four beautiful children together, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. Also, while West publically struggled with some mental health issues, eventually revealing his bipolar disorder, the Skims founder stood by her husband’s side.

Unfortunately, the last few months have truly put the duo’s marriage to the test. Though they appear to be in a good place now, The A-list couple might not ever live together again.

Recently, West suffered a major bipolar episode. The episode caused him to lash out against friends and loved ones publically and on social media. The rapper also decided to run for the 2020 Presidential election seemingly on a whim. This choice has opened him up to accusations of voter fraud.

Clearly, West’s public struggles deeply affected Kardashian West who tried her best to be there for her husband and her children while keeping her businesses running smoothly. Still, the issues that the pair reportedly had did not begin in the last couple of months.

Kim is also frustrated with Kanye and thinks he’s not pulling his weight in family responsibilities, They’ve been staying at opposite ends of the house to keep things civil.

Despite everything that has been happening, the KKW Beauty mogul and the billionaire rapper refuse to let any issues they may be having affect their children. In early Aug. 2020, the duo picked up their children and headed to the Dominican Republic to hash out their issues away from the spotlight.

Later, the family headed to West’s Wyoming ranch to spend some more time together before Kardashian West and the kiddos returned to LA. West stayed behind. An insider explained to People,

Kim still seems focused on making her marriage work. She is pretty quiet about her exact plans for the future, but for now she seems OK with Kanye living in Wyoming. He is moving ahead with the presidential campaign. This is a decision that no one can change his mind about.

Once restrictions lifted in LA, rumors swirled that Kardashian West was looking into purchasing another home in Calabasa that would allow her some much-needed space from her husband. It appears that she won’t have to do that now that West seems to be living in Wyoming permanently.

“Wyoming is where he wants to live,” the source explained. “[Kim] is happy to be back” in L.A. It’s hard traveling with the kids for such a long time.”
