Kris Jenner Has a Favorite Between Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian
Kris Jenner is known as one of the most extraordinary “momagers” that Hollywood has ever seen. It seems like anything that her kids do, she is able to twist and turn it until it becomes a multi-million dollar idea.
Because of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the world has gotten to see first-hand just how Jenner and her children interact with each other. Like any family, there are times when each member of the family will pick fights with each other and bicker back and forth.
And while Jenner tries her best to stay a neutral party, there are times when she too is caught in the crossfires of a heated debate. However, just because she has been known to occasionally pick sides when her children are arguing, doesn’t mean that she has a favorite child. Or does it?
How many kids does Kris Jenner have?
Jenner has six kids from two different marriages.
In 1978, she married an iconic lawyer, Robert Kardashian. Together, the couple had four children: Kourtney was born in 1979, Kim was born in 1980, Khloe was born in 1984, and Robert Jr. was born in 1987.
Kardashian was most known for being part of O.J. Simpson’s legal team when he was on trial for the death of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. Jenner and Kardashian separated in 1991 after it was revealed that Jenner had been unfaithful.
In April of 1991, Jenner married former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner (formerly known as Bruce). Together, Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner have two daughters: Kendall Jenner was born in 1995 and the youngest of all of the siblings is Kylie Jenner who was born in 1997.
Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner divorced in March of 2015. Just one month later, Caitlyn Jenner announced she is a trans woman and would be making the transition from Bruce Jenner to Caitlyn Jenner.
Kris Jenner owes Kim Kardashian for her family’s fame
Before Kris Jenner and her family got their own reality show, Jenner lived a comfortable life.
During the 1990s, Kim Kardashian was moderately famous because of her friendship with hotel heiress, Paris Hilton. Then in 2007, Kardashian’s popularity grew overnight when a sex tape was leaked of her and her ex-boyfriend, Ray J.
After Kardashian’s popularity rose to unimaginable heights, Jenner got with a few network executives from the E! Network and was able to make a deal with the entertainment network.
Thus, Keeping Up with the Kardashians was born. It is because of this that many fans believe that Jenner owes her fame — and the fame of her children — to Kardashian.
Kylie Jenner is Kris Jenner’s most successful child
Kardashian isn’t the only one of Jenner’s kids that have become an instant overnight sensation.
In 2015, Kylie Jenner released a few different lip gloss kits that she called Kylie’s Lip Kit. A year later, she added a few more things to her cosmetic line and renamed her brand Kylie Cosmetics.
From the help of her mom/manager, Jenner was able to grow her company into a billion-dollar corporation. She was also named the youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes magazine — though, the “self-made” part is highly disputed.
The Kardashian Jenner family often jokes that Kylie Jenner is Kris Jenner’s favorite
Kris Jenner is obviously very proud of Kylie Jenner’s success. However, her other kids are constantly joking that Kylie Jenner is the favorite daughter and they make subtle suggestions that she is the favorite because of her incredibly successful career.
In a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the Kardashian/Jenner crew decided that it would be fun if they dressed up as each other. Khloe Kardashian chose to dress up as Kris Jenner and we have to admit, she nailed her mom’s look. While Kardashian is pretending to be her mom, she turns to Kourtney Kardashian’s daughter, Penelope, who is dressed like Kylie Jenner, and says: “Kylie, you can come sit next to me because you’re my favorite.”
After Penelope sits down, Khloe Kardashian continues to stay in character as she says: “I have my Kylie, My billion-dollar baby, and she will always be the dearest to my heart for a billion reasons.”
Who is Kris Jenner’s favorite child?
Recently, Kylie Jenner tried out her makeup artist skills on her big sister Kim Kardashian. While the youngest Jenner was making Kardashian beautiful, the sisters were taking turns answering some of their fan questions.
One fans had asked which sibling was Kris Jenner’s favorite. Kardashian was quick to answer that she thought Jenner was the favorite.
In response, Jenner said: “I think you’re her OG, you know?
Jenner finally admitted that she might be her mother’s favorite but it is only because she treats her mother the best. “She’s like me, and I treat her like the queen of the world,” Jenner said.
Kardashian agreed with her little sister. “It’s true that you treat her the most amazingly,” Kardashian said.
