Fans of the Kardashian-Jenner family know all about Khloé Kardashian’s relationship with Tristan Thompson. Kardashian had two kids with Thompson before calling it quits after multiple infidelities. While Kardashian maintains that she doesn’t want to date moving forward, her famous mom, Kris Jenner, allegedly has a “rule book” for her when it comes time to jump back into the dating pool.

Kris Jenner has a close relationship with her kids, and she’s seen Khloé Kardashian’s highs and lows. Kardashian started dating her ex, Tristan Thompson, in 2016. While Kardashian was in love with Thompson, he cheated on her multiple times. Thompson cheated on Kardashian just days before their daughter, True, was born in 2018, and he fathered a child with another woman before he and Kardashian were set to have their second child, Tatum, via surrogate.
Kardashian has a good co-parenting relationship with Thompson. However, when it comes to dating, Kardashian says she’s enjoying the single life. An insider told Closer Online UK that Jenner has a “rule book” for Kardashian to follow for the next romance.
“Kris has set out a new rulebook for Khloé to adhere to when she bags her next boyfriend – and she isn’t holding back!” the insider alleged. “Knowing the importance of not only having a famous partner but of monopolizing on that, she’s given Khloé strict instructions to ensure she follows in the footsteps of Kim, who reached new levels of fame and success with Kanye West.”
The source said Jenner wants Kardashian to date “high-profile men who are A-list or at least connected in the A-list world.” The mom also wants her daughter to “avoid” sports stars and date the man for at least three months before taking the relationship public.
The insider said that Kardashian has “been surprised” by her mom taking over her love life, but her sisters want her to listen.

Tristan Thompson said he wanted Khloé Kardashian back despite cheating on her multiple times in the past. While Kardashian made it clear that she doesn’t want to get back together with the father of her two kids, Kris Jenner has admitted that Thompson is a wonderful father.
“Wherever he’s needed, he’s running the kids around, he’s doing the errands,” Jenner said on The Kardashians in 2023.
Jenner also helped Thompson land a job as an ESPN commentator. “I was able to reach out to Disney and ABC and express how talented I thought Tristan was and how they would benefit from him being part of the ESPN team,” she said, adding that it felt “fun” and “rewarding” for her to help him.

Khloé Kardashian had her two kids with Tristan Thompson outside of marriage. And Kylie Jenner has two kids with her ex-boyfriend, Travis Scott.
So, what does the famous “momager” think? On the podcast, Jenner explained that she is “more and more understanding” of her kids’ decisions.
“Because I learned so much along the way that I knew nothing about before,” she said. “I think that I do; I embrace what is in front of me. I think that I am easy once I understand it.”
“I’m here for them. They know that,” Jenner continued. “There’s nothing that I would judge. Not at all. I mean, I just never would.”
