‘KUWTK’: Why People Are Talking About Tristan Thompson After the Last Episode
Over the past few years, Tristan Thompson has been discussed heavily on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but he’s seemingly just starting to show up more. The 20th season of the show has followed him and Khloé Kardashian as they try to map out their future together, including a possible second baby. In one KUWTK episode, Thompson opened up to cameras about his relationship with Kardashian, but all some viewers could focus on was his voice.

In the episode that aired on March 25, Thompson had a conversation with Kardashian about keeping their relationship private.
Since the fallout over his 2019 cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods, the two have gotten back to a much better place. But Kardashian has become a lot more guarded when it comes to sharing their relationship with the public, which is why she deleted Scott Disick’s highly-publicized comment on one of her Instagram photos calling Thompson a “lucky man.”
Thompson explained this makes him feel like she’s keeping him a secret, for which she apologized. “My life is about protecting things that deserve protection and I don’t want to expose certain areas of my life,” she explained.
Going on, Kardashian admitted, “My soul is at a breaking point for how much I can handle in regards to the public thinking they’re allowed to talk about my weight, my face, my personal life. I don’t want to hear this anymore.”
In a confessional, Thompson urged the public to be nicer to Kardashian in hopes of boosting her confidence. “I’m working on trying to get the old Khloé back, okay? So leave her alone, ’cause you’re screwing with my sh*t. Okay?’ he said.

While many people were glad to see Thompson stepping up in their relationship, some who had never heard him speak before were stunned by his voice.
“Um…I did not know he sounded like this,” one Twitter user captioned a video clip of Thompson in the confessional, earning over 70,000 likes.
“no cause i never knew he sounded like that… i’d be vexed if someone who sounded like that cheated on me,” another person added (via Pop Culture).
Others also called out Thompson for blaming the public over issues with Kardashian when he’s the one who allegedly cheated on her.
“Lmao he telling us to leave her alone like HE ain’t cheat on her while she was pregnant and with her little sisters best friend. Maybe YOU should leave her alone 🤣,” one person wrote.
Another mused, “he really said leave me alone and mind your business while I cheat.”
Thompson hasn’t commented on the reactions to his sit-down with Kardashian, but fans will likely be seeing more of him, especially now that he and Kardashian seem to be moving forward with their relationship.
