Kylie Jenner Confesses This Is What Keeps Her ‘Grounded’ and ‘In Check’
Kylie Jenner is certainly not like other people her age. At just 22 years old, she is an anomaly in just about every way. Jenner grew up in the spotlight, courtesy of her Olympian parent, Caitlyn Jenner, and her Kardashian siblings. However, in time, Jenner became popular in her own right and in a lot of ways her fame has managed to usurp that of her family’s. With 161 million followers on Instagram, Jenner has beaten out her older sister, Kim Kardashian West, as the most followed KarJenner.

But, popularity isn’t the only way that the Jenner has surpassed her family. She has also managed to surpass them in wealth. This is far from an easy task since both her parents and all of her KarJenner siblings are multimillionaires. However, with her makeup company, Kylie Cosmetics, Jenner racked up a staggering net worth of $1 billion before even reaching the legal drinking age. But, Jenner is not stopping there. Back in 2019, she launched a new skincare brand, Kylie Skin, which she hopes will have similar success. Likely inspired by the birthday of her two-year-old daughter, Stormi, Jenner also has the patent for Kylie Baby.
Jenner is certainly not one to shy away from her wealth and successes. In the age of social media, the young mom is fond of flaunting her success for everyone to see. The Kylie Cosmetics owner often posts pictures and videos of her wildly expensive luxury vehicles, clothing, and accessories. Furthermore, Jenner likes to celebrate special occasions in style. Proof of this comes from the yacht she rented for her 22nd birthday and how she created an entire “world” to celebrate Stormi’s 2nd birthday. But, despite all of the glitz and glamour of Jenner’s life, she still considers herself to be grounded.
Jenner says her mom, dad, and Kardashian sisters help keep her grounded
In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Jenner revealed that her family is what helps keep her “in check.” She mused that since they have all experienced intense amounts of fame and wealth, the can help keep each other level-headed. “I think it’s a rare situation when your entire family is in the same position as you. I think that has a lot to do with why we are still us. We all keep each other grounded. Kim or Khloé or Kendall can’t just start acting different one day. We all keep each other in check and support each other. I have their support, and I can always run to my mom or my dad or my sisters, and they all know what we’re going through,” Jenner shared.
The KarJenners have a close bond
Despite the drama featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Jenner feels a very close bond to her entire family. “I see my mom almost every day; I was over there last night. I’ll just go by her house. We’re always here working together, doing different things, or taking meetings together. But I actually think we all have a lot in common. I feel like I can relate to every single one of my family members in a different way. I think my mom and I are very similar, but Kourtney and I also have similarities. Kendall and I are very adventurous and athletic. Me and Khloé are free-spirited and silly, and Rob’s very silly,” the 22-year-old confessed. While we’re not convinced that any of the Jenner or her siblings are particularly grounded, it’s great that they have one another for support.
