Kylie Jenner Reveals the Bizarre Reason She Locks Herself in Her Bedroom Every Night
It can be argued that Kylie Jenner has never led a normal life. She was thrust in the spotlight at a very young age due to her family’s fame. The daughter of an Olympian and a public figure, the Kylie Cosmetics founder was no stranger to wealth and public attention. But when her family’s reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, started filming when Jenner was just eight, her life changed irrevocably.
Jenner has been in the spotlight so long that she’s said that she can’t remember a time before she was famous. Though the Kylie Skin owner used to just be famous by association, these days she’s just as famous, if not more so, than her famous family. As Jenner aged and acquired an enormous amount of personal wealth, fans began to pay more attention to her. Today, the 23-year-old is one of the most followed celebrities on the globe.

Since Jenner doesn’t lead a normal life, she’s managed to pick up a few habits that are pretty unorthodox. One of Jenner’s weirdest nightly habits is locking herself in her bedroom. Since Jenner is extremely famous, fans might assume that she does this as a safety precaution against a possible break-in or encounter with a stalker. But, this bizarre ritual actually has nothing to do with safety and everything to do with preventative snacking.
“I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom,” Jenner shared in an interview with Harper’s BAZAAR. “And I turn on my TV and get really comfortable and I pre-slice an apple by my bed. Since I’m really comfortable I’ll be too lazy probably to go down to the kitchen. So my only choice is this apple so that is how I swerve my late-night cravings,” the multimillionaire shared.
Jenner’s daughter, Stormi, has become a foodie at a very young age
Of course, many celebrities have different ways to keep their cravings at bay. But, it seems that Jenner loves food and snacking more than most people. And it seems that her two-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster, has also developed a love of food at a very young age.
“If there was a face of hangry, it would be me,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians cast member shared. “And, Stormi has it, too. Because when that little girl’s a little hungry, she turns into a different baby. So, if you wonder where she gets it from, it’s me for sure,” Jenner revealed. The 23-year-old continued on to share that Stormi is particularly partial to bagels and even has had dreams about them.
The toddler really loves bagels
“Oh, she loves bagels,” Jenner confessed about her daughter. Actually, the other night, I always wonder, ‘What does this little girl dream about?’ And we were sleeping, she woke up out of her sleep and said, ‘bagel. And I was like, ‘Is she awake right now?’ And I looked over, and she was dead asleep, dreaming about bagels,” Jenner shared. It seems that Stormi is shaping up to be a serious snacker like her mom. Can’t say we blame the toddler; we can’t foresee a time when a bagel doesn’t sound delicious.
