Kylie Jenner Once Revealed the Worst Part About Filming ‘Keeping up With the Kardashians’

Kylie Jenner is no stranger to living life in the spotlight. Since she was a child, Jenner has been living the lavish lifestyle of a famous reality star, all thanks to her family’s hit E! series Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Though the popular show has opened up many doors for the makeup mogul and made her a household name, continually being surrounded by cameras has never really been Jenner’s cup of tea.

Jenner had a very unique upbringing, to say the least.

For the past 14 years, the makeup mogul has lived her life in the public eye as a star on the hit reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

When fans of the show were first introduced to Jenner, she was known mainly as the wild, quirky, and clever 9-year-old sister of the four famous Kardashian siblings: Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob.

As the years progressed, Jenner began carving out her own path in life, proving to the world that she is much more than just the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

In 2015, Jenner launched her very own makeup brand Kylie Cosmetics. By the time she was 21, the makeup mogul was the world’s youngest “self-made billionaire” ever.

Today, she is one of the most financially successful of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters as she continues to rake in big bucks from her cosmetics company as well as various business ventures and endorsement deals.

She’s also cashing in heft checks from KUWTK, which has helped her maintain immense fame.

Though KUWTK made her a household name, living her life in front of a camera hasn’t always been easy for Jenner.

Since 2007, the makeup mogul’s every move has been scrutinized and analyzed by the public. While many might think living in the public eye isn’t all that bad, Jenner has experienced many hardships being an A-list reality star.

In fact, the constant lack of privacy has been so pervasive that Jenner considers it to be the “worst thing” about starring on a hit tv show.

“The worst thing is maybe the moment when you shoot super personal things, and probably like, right before it comes out, and you’re letting people into your life,” she said during an exclusive interview with Evening Standard Magazine in May 2018.

Though being a reality star has been rather daunting for Jenner over the years, she does enjoy some things about her career.

During the interview, the mom of one revealed that being able to relate to fans personally is one reason she doesn’t mind starring on KUWTK.

“But then it always ends up so positive because there’s so many people going through the same things as us. So it’s like so relatable for them,” she said. “And I think that’s what we’ve learned over time.”

Another reason why the makeup enjoys starring the hit tv show is that she gets to works alongside her family, which she considers to be the best part of her job.

She added, “Well, the best thing is it’s the best job anyone could ever ask for — hang out with your family all day — and I think we spend so much more time together.”
