Kylie Jenner Slammed For Instagram Post After Megan Thee Stallion Was Reportedly Shot on Their Night Out
Hip-hop fans everywhere were shocked to find out that Megan Thee Stallion was reportedly shot over the weekend after a night out with Kylie Jenner. The incident, while not deadly, struck fear into the hearts of the rapper’s fans. However, in the hours following the alleged shooting, Jenner added fuel to the fire after posting a picture and acting as though nothing happened. In true internet fashion, the resulting outcry took over the internet.

Initially, the greatest controversy of the night before Megan Thee Stallion’s alleged shooting had to do with the fact that she and Jenner were even together, as PageSix reported. Megan Thee Stallion is known to hang around with Jordyn Woods, the shunned former best-friend of Jenner. Woods was kicked out of her friend’s life after rumors surfaced Khloé Kardashian’s ex Tristan Thompson cheated on her with Woods while Kardashian was pregnant with his child.
Megan Thee Stallion and Jenner posted a poolside Instagram Live video on the night of the shooting, which caused a stir among fans who followed the saga. However, in the hours following the shooting, something tragic happened that put any past drama between Jenner and her old friend Woods on the backburner.
The incident
The rapper was partying with Jenner, and at some point after, as Megan stated in a post reported by TMZ, rapper Tory Lanez allegedly pulled out a gun and shot her in the foot as a means to harm her.
“On Sunday morning, I suffered gunshot wounds, as a result of a crime that was committed against me and done with the intention to physically harm me. I was never arrested, the police officers drove me to the hospital where I underwent surgery to remove the bullets. I’m incredibly grateful to be alive and that I’m expected to make a full recovery, but it was important for me to clarify the details about this traumatic night.”
LAPD was called to the scene, and while the rapper did not initially come clean over what happened, footage showed her leaving bloody footprints behind as Tory Lanez sat face down while being arrested. She did not say who shot her but acknowledged that the police were involved and that she had to undergo surgery to remove the bullets. Tory Lanez has not yet officially been charged for the alleged shooting.
However, fast-forward a few hours, and Jenner caused waves of her own after posting as though nothing like this happened the night before.

The Kardashian family has long been painted as apathetic when it comes to significant events, but this one may have taken the cake as the most out of touch yet. Most people, after seeing what transpired, would not be so quick to pretend nothing happened.
