Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott were back in the headlines recently after rumors began swirling that the pair were officially back together. Multiple news sources reported that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and the Travis Scott: Look Mom I Can Fly star had rekindled their romance and were currently in an open relationship. However, Jenner recently set the record straight.
Speculation about the status of Jenner and Scott’s relationship is certainly not uncommon. There have been many instances in which the exact status of the pair’s love life was called into question. In fact, Jenner’s eldest nephew, Mason Disick, even fanned the flames of the rumors once when he announced on social media that the pair weren’t together. Furthermore, Jenner’s equally famous siblings also seem to be unclear about whether Scott and the Kylie Skin founder are dating. Kim Kardashian West once claimed that even she was unsure about their relationship.

Because the pair are friendly and committed to co-parenting their three-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster, it’s hard for fans to tell if they are merely good friends or something more. Recently, fans began questioning if the pair were back together when Scott posted a sweet Mother’s Day Tribute for Jenner.
“Of all the special things in life The big ones and small A mamas love and rage and tenderness Is the most special of them all,” Scott captioned an Instagram post which featured two pictures of Jenner and Stormi. The Kylie Cosmetics co-owner seemed to appreciate the sentiment and commented hearts under the post. Naturally, this led curious fans to comment that they hoped the parents were dating again. “I hope they will get back together,” one fan penned under the post. “Can u get back together,” another Instagram user questioned.

Jenner and Scott have both remained tight-lipped about whether or not they were more than friends. However, TMZ claimed to know the true status of their relationship and reported that the pair were officially back on and in an open relationship. It wasn’t long before a few other news sources quickly followed suit and reported the same. The news eventually reached Jenner and she took to Twitter to address the claims.
“You guys really just make up anything,” Jenner wrote, retweeting a screenshot of Daily Mail claiming she and Scott were in an open relationship. “I’m not discrediting anyone who is in an open relationship but it’s just careless and disrespectful to throw this narrative out there without knowing what’s true.” Jenner also called out TMZ for their false reporting. Though Jenner didn’t confirm or deny whether or not she and Scott are actually back together, in a monogamous relationship, she clearly is fed up with the rumor mill.
