Kylie Jenner’s BFF Stassie Gives Tour of Jenner’s New $36 Million Home and Massive Car Collection
Your favorite makeup mogul is now the proud owner of a $36 million mansion in Los Angeles’ affluent neighborhood of Holmby Hills. Purchased in April, the palatial pad boasts seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, several entertainment spaces, and a massive lot for her luxury car collection.
Ever since the news of the purchase emerged, we’ve been waiting to no avail for Kylie Jenner to give us a house tour. Fortunately, though, her BFF Stassie Karanikolaou just came through with a video, giving us what we were looking for and more.

TMZ reported on April 24 that Jenner had bought a single-story home in Holmby Hills, which is about 30 minutes away from Calabasas, where she and her family live. It clocks in at 15,350 square feet and features more than a handful of amenities.
“The house has a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theatre, bars, and game rooms, a gym and a championship-level sports court with pickleball/basketball,” the outlet reported. In addition to that, it has two apartments on-site, providing more than enough space for friends and family who may want to stay over.
The cherry on top? Jenner snatched it up for a really great deal, paying nearly $9 million less than its asking price of $45 million.
As of writing, the Kylie Cosmetics founder has not commented on the mansion, but she’s been snapping plenty of pictures in it, including this one:
A tour of Kylie Jenner’s new home
On May 2, Karanikolaou took to Tik Tok and showed off the massive property.
“Ayo, my best friend’s rich check,” she said as she opened the door to the mansion. Stepping inside, she showed off a huge living room with a fireplace and panoramic doors, an oversized swimming pool, and what appears to be a lounge area.
Moving to the garage, Karanikolaou taped Jenner’s extensive car collection, which includes a black LaFerrari Aperta, a red Lamborghini, and a white Bugatti Chiron that retails for $3 million.

Jenner’s former home is a $12 million mansion that she purchased in 2016. Clocking in at 13,200 square feet, it has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a trove of amazing amenities, including a glam room and spa. It’s unclear whether she intends to sell the home, but it appears that she left almost immediately after buying her new pad.
Sources told HollywoodLife on May 3 that Jenner has been quarantining at the new mansion for days with Travis Scott and their daughter, Stormi Webster. Around the same time, Jenner posted videos of her hanging out with them but did not share their location.
Oh, and before you say it, let us also state that Jenner and Scott are not back together. Sources previously told HollywoodLife that they are simply quarantining together due to Stormi, who loves having them both around. But that’s not to say it won’t happen one day.
“It is a slippery slope to say the least, and every day provides a different turn in the story,” a source shared. “It seems some days they want to be friends and parents and the next day they want to be more. They don’t know really how much they want to take things and are dealing with the process day in and day out.”
In the meantime, they are building a co-parenting relationship for Stormi and trusting that things will turn out the way they should.
