Larsa Pippen reportedly wants to be friends with Kim Kardashian West again.
Nearly a year after her falling out with the Kardashian family, insiders report that the Real Housewives of Miami alum is ready to reconcile with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, especially now that Kanye West is out of the picture.
The Kardashians cut off Larsa Pippen in 2020
For nearly a decade, Pippen was one of the Kardashian family’s closest friends.
Her relationship with the famous bunch kicked off in the 2010s and was documented in the media and on KUWTK.
Pippen supported the family through many ups and downs, from Kardashian West’s brief romance with Kris Humphries to the infamous cheating scandal involving Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson.
From an outside perspective, Pippen seemed more like a sister than a friend to the Kardashians.
While many of us thought that she would be part of the family’s inner circle for many years to come, her relationship with the reality stars fell apart in 2020.
In July of that year, rumors surfaced that the women were no longer friends after eagle-eyed fans noticed that the entire Kardashian-Jenner bunch unfollowed Pippen on social media.
At first, neither the KarJenners nor Pippen addressed their feud directly.
However, that changed in November 2020, when Pippen revealed that she did indeed have a falling out with the family while appearing on The Hollywood Raw podcast.
During the podcast, Pippen blamed Kardashian West’s husband, Kanye West, for her broken friendship with the family, saying he “brainwashed” the Kardashians into thinking she was no good.
She also said their falling out stemmed from a past fling she had with Tristan Thompson before he started dating Khloé. However, she stressed that she had no hard feelings.
“I don’t even care. It’s just, whatever. I’m the type of person, I don’t really, like, chase what’s not for me,” she said. “I will never chase a man.”

During her appearance on the podcast, Pippen revealed that she was open to patching things up with the Kardashian family.
Now that Kardashian West has filed for divorce from Kanye West, Pippen wants to work on her relationship with the reality star and “hopes” they can one day mend their friendship.
“Larsa feels like — and hopes — her friendship with Kim will be back to normal sooner or later, especially now that Kanye’s out of the picture,” an insider tells Us Weekly.
The source explained that Pippen “never really had a falling out” with Kardashian West, claiming “Kanye was the problem” and caused issues between the former friends.
While it’s unclear if Kardashian West and Pippen will ever be friends again, the source notes that Pippen is still close pals with people in the reality star’s inner circle.
