An attorney involved with the case gave insights into other celebrities who may become involved. Here’s what he said about how he has “no doubt” that certain famous folks are “scrubbing their social media.”

An attorney says he has ‘no doubt’ that famous folks connected to the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs case are ‘scrubbing’ their socials

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ case centers on the hip-hop mogul’s behaviors over the last few decades. Combs was known for throwing the biggest parties in the music industry, with Hollywood elites invited to attend. Unfortunately, the parties involved alleged “freak-offs” — filmed sex parties where Combs allegedly facilitated sexual assaults and trafficking. Other celebrities reportedly knew what happened during the “freak-offs” and said nothing.

Attorney Tony Buzbee spoke to the Law&Crime Network about Combs’ parties. “It was a secret that everyone knew about with regard to these parties,” he said. “And some of the things that happened in these so-called after-parties, there was a pattern in practice, custom of behavior, that went on for many, many years.”

Buzbee noted that his job now is to find every person involved in Combs’ case who benefitted and profited from these parties. “There is a long list of people,” he said. ” … I have no doubt that there are people right now who know that they were somehow involved in this who are now scrubbing their social media, who are searching their memories, who are deleting their texts, probably deleting pictures, and trying to distance themselves from this. And we know who they are, or we will find out who they are.”

Usher and Sean “Diddy” Combs go way back. The mogul took Usher under his wing when the younger star was just 13. Usher moved in with Combs to learn more about the industry. He once discussed how he saw “very curious things” take place at Combs’ home.

“What I did say is there were very curious things taking place, and I didn’t necessarily understand it,” Usher said while talking to Howard Stern.

After Combs’ arrest, Usher’s tweets were mysteriously deleted. Fans immediately assumed the singer-songwriter deleted his X account to remove any past connection to Combs on the platform. However, he claimed hackers took over.

“Account got hacked and damn y’all ran with it,” Usher captioned the tweet with three crying-laughing emojis. “See you tonight at Intuit Dome.”

Celebrities have already settled out of court over the case, the attorney says

Attorney Tony Buzbee spoke to TMZ Live regarding how some celebrities have already settled out of court to avoid being publicly named in the Sean “Diddy” Combs case. The lawyer’s law firm chose to represent 120 alleged victims after thousands of calls.

“In every single case, especially cases like this, we collect our data, collect our evidence, do our due diligence, spend time with the victim, and then, because it’s in the best interest of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit,” Buzbee explained. “And we have done that already, I would say, with a handful of individuals, many of which you’ve heard of before, and [we] will continue to do that.”
