Who Is Lil’ Kim’s Baby Father?
Lil’ Kim has been a respected figure in the hip-hop world for over two decades. The undisputed Queen Bee has opened doors for female rappers over the years. On a personal level, Kim has grown into an all-around professional as well as an all-around mother.
Lil’ Kim once was pregnant with The Notorious B.I.G.’s child
Lil’ Kim first got pregnant in the mid-1990s when she was recording her debut album Hard Core. At the time, she was in a relationship with The Notorious B.I.G., who was married to Faith Evans.
Rather than have the baby, Kim chose to have an abortion. She told The Source magazine in 1999 that it was the best decision given the tumultuous nature of their relationship: “I already knew the kind of relationship that Biggie and I had, and I knew that [having a child] was something that couldn’t take place.”
Lil’ Kim’s daughter, Royal Reign
Lil’ Kim gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Royal Reign, in June 2014. She welcomed her daughter with her boyfriend, rapper Mr. Papers.
Kim is a proud mother and has spoken many times over the years about her love for her “bestie.” “My daughter is understanding; she is so smart,” she said in 2021 interview with Entertainment Tonight, noting her A+ grades.

Kim also spoke to ET about the family that she’s built with Mr. Papers over the years, and how it continues to grow as they grow together. “Everything’s wonderful,” she said of her home life. “We’re a really happy family.” The two have had a notably fraught public relationship over the years, but got back together permanently in 2020.
Many of Mr. Papers’ posts on Instagram are dedicated to Kim or their daughter. “I’m just training my baby to be a warrior like daddy!” he said with a video of her working out at the gym. “Don’t play with my twin, ya heard!”
In a December 2020 post, he shared a video of himself and his daughter laying in bed, and he noted how much she resembles her mother. “You guys, he’s just a little out of his mind,” she whispered adorably.
Mr. Papers wants to have another baby with Lil’ Kim
Mr. Papers is so in love with his two girls that he’s excited about the prospect of expanding their family.
In the comments on a July 2020 Instagram post, Mr. Papers responded to a fan asking if he planned on having another child with the iconic rapper. “We want another one with Kim. Remy preg, now [it’s] time for Kim,” the fan said. Papers responded by saying, “We[‘re] two steps ahead of you.”

Mr. Papers continues to release music, with his new single “Run Like Water” being released in August 2021.
He spoke about his career in a 2017 interview with HipHopDX. “I’m just really focusing on music,” he said. “I’ve done everything. I’ve drove the cars, big jewelry, big everything, bad b—–s. It’s just music right now.”
