Lip Reader Reveals What Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis Were Arguing About During Trooping the Colour
The 2024 Trooping the Colour marked the Princess of Wales’ (formerly known as Kate Middleton) first public appearance following her cancer diagnosis. Leading up the event, there were questions about whether the princess was even well enough to attend the ceremony. Then, the day before the event, Kate announced that although she was “not out of the woods yet,” she would be attending with Prince William and their children.
“I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired, and you have to give in to your body resting,” Kate wrote on Instagram. “But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well. My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months … I’m looking forward to attending The King’s birthday parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet.”
On Saturday, June 15, Kate rode in a carriage with the Waleses’ oldest son, Prince George, as well as Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. The younger children were seen arguing with each other about something. Now, a professional lip reader is revealing what Louis told his sister when she tried to tell him what to do.
Prince Louis’ response for Princess Charlotte when she tells him what to do
The Princess of Wales stood beside her children as they watched the Horse Guards Parade and to everyone’s delight, Prince Louis started dancing along to the march of the Scots Guards to Highland Laddie. Well to everyone’s delight expect Princess Charlotte, who didn’t look thrilled about her younger brother’s impromptu dance.
Lip reader Nicole Hicking observed that Louis wasn’t having it when Charlotte tried to stop him.
Hickling told The Mirror that as Louis continued to wiggle Charlotte appeared to say, “You have to stop doing that. Watch the parade.”
According to Hickling, Louis then replied, “I won’t.” In turn Charlotte said, “Do as you’re told,” to which Louis responded, “Nope.”
Lip-reading expert uncovers what an ‘excited’ Prince George said to Kate in the carriage
Earlier, as the Wales kids rode down the mall in the carriage with their mother, another lip reader picked up on what Prince George got excited about.
Lip-reading expert Gaby Lane noticed that George was quite excited about all the colorful banners and flags they were passing and wanted to make sure his mom saw them too.
Lane told The Sun that the future king pointed and exclaimed: “Look over there ma.”
At that moment, Kate urged Louis and Charlotte to look as well saying: “Right, look at that.”
