Lisa Barlow Throws Epic Shade at Whitney Rose, Leaving ‘WWHL’ Guest Chrishell Stause Speechless

But Lisa Barlow took it to the next level when she joined Andy Cohen and fellow guest Chrishell Stause in the clubhouse. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star has been central to several dramatic confrontations, particularly with Whitney Rose. So fans weren’t surprised when she added to the drama on Wednesday night.

During the WWHL taping, Cohen asked Barlow, “What do you think of Whitney poking fun at you by leaving the tags on her outfit?” The Bravo host was referring to the cast dressing up as Barlow for the final full day of their trip to Puerto Vallarta. Rose revealed that she kept the tags on her Lisa-inspired outfit so she could return it after the trip. Barlow was clearly pissed.
As she sat alongside Stause in the clubhouse, Barlow retorted, “I mean, I think it’s something [Whitney Rose] does with her clothes, like probably returns them. And she was projecting onto me. I think you can find her clothes at the local consignment shop.” Stause gasped and turned away at the harsh remark. Barlow continued her digs at Rose by addressing more Season 5 drama.
Lisa Barlow pulls back the curtain on her private investigator
Bravo fans often submit questions for the housewives to answer on WWHL. During Barlow’s interview, as shared on Instagram, Cohen stated, “Whitney from Ottawa wants to know if your private investigators and lawyers — did they go all the way? Did they find any info?”
Cohen was referring to the October 23 episode of RHOSLC, when Barlow called her private security and threatened to sue whoever planted rumors about her connection to Prism, Rose’s jewelry company. At the time, Rose believed that Barlow fed info to social media accounts regarding Prism’s alleged use of jewelry resold from Chinese e-commerce company Alibaba.
Barlow responded to Cohen’s question, “You know what the thing was — is I have an investigator, but he’s like a full security company and he’s real. I know they like to say he’s not real and he’s just a friend. Major people use him, so it’s not just me. But we did go part of the distance. I think a big thing that Whitney did that people don’t understand is she was, like, threatening to sue me and said she had proof. And I’m like, ‘You can’t have proof for something I didn’t do.'” Clearly, Barlow still denies the accusations.
‘WWHL’ fans don’t think Barlow handles criticism well
Cohen continued to grill Barlow, referring to tweets from WWHL‘s social media. He stated, “We’re getting it a lot on Twitter apparently. Lisa, you can’t take criticism. You get too defensive on every single thing. Have you heard that before?” Barlow, seemingly bristling at the comment, gave her two cents: “There’s a difference between criticism and then lying about someone’s family, marriage, business. So if you talk about those things I’m going to react the same exact way every single time.”
Barlow stated that there’s a difference between personal jabs and objective critiques. “If you’re like giving me criticism that’s like, ‘Hey, maybe you should change your hair or wear a different dress –‘” Cohen interrupted her, “Well, I don’t think you would take that well.”
Barlow countered, “I would take it well. 100%. I have four sisters. I’m used to being around girls that are brutally honest.” The WWHL host pushed her further, “I think you should wear your hair curly,” with Lisa snapping back, “Okay, I’ll do it next time.” Putting the subject to rest, Cohen responded, “I’m just kidding. I don’t. It’s perfect; it’s iconic.”
