Losing a parent is never easy and Rinna shared with fans how difficult it was to process the idea that her mom was not going to be physically there anymore. She took to her Instagram Stories to share her thoughts and express that she had “empathy for everyone who’s gone through” losing a beloved family member.

“Nobody tells you how to do this. There’s not a handbook, there’s never a way to be ready to let go and when you need to watch it,” Rinna said. “I mean, we’re blessed to be here and to be with her. We’re just not taught that death is OK. It’s never talked about and we’re never told that it’s OK to let go.”
