MTV’s The Challenge has captivated audiences for years. The reality competition series takes alumni from other MTV shows and beyond and puts them in a house where they can form alliances, vote each other out, and compete in daily challenges for immunity. Now, The Challenge universe is expanding. And it seems a new spinoff may be on the horizon — and it allegedly involves Love Is Blind cast members.

The Challenge spoiler guru GamerVev posted about the potential new show to Twitter, according to Reddit. “Netflix is currently filming a Challenge-type show with the cast of Love Is Blind, The Circle, and Too Hot to Handle,” the tweet states. “They are currently filming in Panama.”

It doesn’t appear Netflix has given any details about the alleged upcoming show. Fans on Reddit seem unsurprised by the streaming service making this move.

“Took years for these networks to wake up and realize The Challenge was the best show/format and now everyone’s hopping on the bandwagon,” a Reddit user noted.

Additionally, fans remember Ed Eason from The Circle already competed on MTV’s The Challenge — and fans loved him.

MTV’s ‘The Challenge’ has additional new spinoffs coming

Fans can get excited to see their favorite Love Is Blind cast members potentially join a new competition series. Additionally, it seems MTV’s The Challenge is getting more spinoffs. The Challenge: All Stars Season 3 premieres on Paramount+ on May 11, 2022, but CBS also has its own version of The Challenge in the works. The Challenge: Argentina, The Challenge: Australia, and The Challenge: U.K will also happen, according to Variety.

The Challenge spoiler guru PinkRose posted additional information regarding The Challenge: CBS on Vevmo. T.J. Lavin, the host of the MTV series, reportedly hosts the CBS spinoff. PinkRose also reported the cast for the CBS series departed to film in Argentina on March 10, 2022.

Cast members for the new CBS series allegedly include past contestants from Big Brother, Love Island, The Amazing Race, and Survivor.
