‘Love Island’: Cinco Claims He’s Willing to Fight for 1 Woman
Love Island calls for the cast to make some hard decisions. Melvin “Cinco” Holland hasn’t been great at that. But the newest episode showed him saying that he’s finally decided to fight for just one woman in the villa.

Cinco liked Trina and Cash on ‘Love Island’
Cinco has been very busy ever since he got to the villa. He was coupled up with Cashay Proudfoot, but he eventually left her for Trina Njoroge.
It looked like they might stay together until Cash revealed she still had feelings for him. He revealed that he also felt like they still had a connection. “Cash, every time I look at you, I think about the possibility of us. I really do. I think the real thing about it is like, I don’t know how to go about it,” he told her. This was pretty heartbreaking to Trina. But she said that she could tell there was still something between them.
They then split up to go to Casa Amor without their love triangle settled. Trina and Cinco decided to stay together, although Cinco did kiss other women. Cash wasn’t afraid to flirt and came back with Charlie Lynch.
Cinco claims he’s willing to fight for this woman
It took some time but Cinco now claims he has made his mind up. In the July 29 episode, he told Trina that he does want to pursue Cash. Trina claimed she felt blindsided the entire time and Cinco should work on himself, so he doesn’t hurt people.
He then had a talk with Cash. Cinco said he wanted to choose Cash, but now that he sees her happy with someone else that he’s good. Cash was upset at this and told him he should fight for her as she did for him.
Cinco later decided to fight for Cash and have another talk with her. “You’ve been the best connection that I’ve had in here obviously and there’ll always be feelings there and they just don’t go away like that,” he said. “Like last night I knew you were gonna bring somebody down. But I was trying to mentally prepare for it but it hit harder than I thought it was going to no lie.”
Cinco later said he wants to be the one to make her happy. Cash still slept with Charlie, but the next day it looked like she was ready to be with Cinco. She told Olivia Kaiser that Charlie doesn’t wrestle with her like Cinco. The episode ended with that cliffhanger.
This isn’t the first time Cinco has claimed to make a decision between women. So only time will tell if this time will stick. Trina is currently single and said at the end of the episode that she believes Cinco could hurt Cash again. She also doesn’t blame Cash for her heartbreak.
