Those who’ve kept up with Little People, Big World know all about Roloff Farms. Matt and Amy Roloff lived on the farm for 30 years during their marriage. Now, years after their divorce, Amy is finally leaving the farm property behind.

We know Amy already sold her farmhouse to Matt. but it looks like she’s also selling her acres of land to Matt — and she’s getting quite a nice payout. Here’s what we know.

Amy Roloff from ‘Little People, Big World’ reportedly sold her half of Roloff Farms for over $600,000

Leaving behind Roloff Farms was ultra-tough for Amy. During season 21 of the show, Amy worked hard on moving all of her belongings out of the farmhouse. She noted how difficult the move was for her emotionally, as she raised her children on the farm and had plenty of wonderful memories. But she knew it was time to leave it all behind and move into her new place just 15 minutes away from Roloff Farms property.

Amy wasn’t sure what she was going to do with her half of Roloff Farms. But she decided to sell it to Matt. Radar Online reported in April 2019 that Amy sold her half for $667,000.

It looks like Amy ultimately profited from selling her half of the farm to Matt, too. She reportedly bought her new house for $588,500, though she also mentioned she had some work to do in the new place to make it little people-friendly.

Amy sold some acres of property to Matt Roloff for even more money

It looks like Amy’s selling even more of what she owns to Matt. While she made quite a lot off of her farmhouse, The Sun reports she sold additional acres of land back to her ex-husband. The publication notes an Oregon court confirmed Amy sold over 32 acres of land to Matt for $975,000. This sale was made on Aug. 13, 2020. The Sun also added that Matt took out a loan totaling $825,000 to complete the sale.

So, does this mean Amy’s finally completely done with Roloff Farms? We’re not so sure. The publication noted as of February 2020, Amy’s still listed as the secretary of Roloff Farms, though we imagine this will change in the future. Amy stated she’s completely finished with Roloff Farms, though she did take part in pumpkin season 2020.

“Since I’ve made the decision to move off the farm, it feels very weird and strange to be here and crossing paths with Matt,” Amy explained on season 21 of Little People, Big World. “This is not my home anymore. And I don’t want to come back to this.”

With so much money exchanged over Roloff Farms, how much is the farm worth anyway? The Sun notes Matt and Amy bought the property for just $185,000 back in 1990. And according to Distractify, Roloff Farms was accessed at $1,675,830 back in 2018. It’s safe to say it’s worth has grown since then, too, as the property has grown from 34 acres of land to over 100 acres.

As for what’s next for the farm, we’re not sure. Zach Roloff told his parents he and his wife, Tori Roloff, are interested in buying half of the property. And Matt and Amy noted that Zach’s twin, Jeremy Roloff, also has hopes of taking over Roloff Farms.

“I didn’t know [Zach] was thinking about that,” Amy explained on the show. “And I know Jeremy has been thinking about it for quite some time. It suddenly changes how Matt and I look at this property, I think.”

We’re hoping the Roloffs tell fans via social media what ultimately happens with the property.
