Tom Ellis recently appeared in a promotional clip for IMDb in which fans had a chance to hear the actor answer their most burning questions. One of the questions Ellis was happy to answer was about his favorite song performance from the show. He quickly responded that he enjoyed season four’s version of “Creep” by Radiohead. The cover was more hanging and ambient than even the original version. However, for Ellis, the significance of including the song in the series hinged on its relevance to Lucifer and Chloe’s relationship. He finally got to play the song that fit the pair perfectly.
‘Lucifer’ writers still have tricks up their sleeves
TV Guide compiled everything we knew about Lucifer before the season premiere. Lucifer is seemingly in no hurry to take over the throne of God, instead spending time with Chloe, who resigned from the force to focus on helping him on Earth. Surprisingly, Lucifer’s angelic sibling Amenadiel has taken up the mantle. Perhaps Lucifer will pair up with his brother to offer more of his trademark investigative insight.
