Machine Gun Kelly Reveals the Creepy Reason He and Megan Fox Sold Their House
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are still hot and heavy, with their celebrity romance attracting attention daily. The two have been dating for years and have been very open about their love affair, displaying lots of PDA on red carpets and regularly speaking about their “twin flame” connection. In light of their January 2022 engagement, Kelly and Fox have been doing the talk show circuit, chatting about their plans and revealing intimate details about their life together. Recently, Kelly sat down with Ellen DeGeneres to discuss why he and Fox moved out of their house, admitting it was likely haunted.
Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are engaged
Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox started dating in 2020 and quickly became serious. Fox, who was fresh from a long-term relationship with Brian Austin Green, didn’t miss a chance to rave about her passionate romance with Kelly. And in January 2022, the two stars announced that they had gotten engaged. While fans were happy to hear the good news, a few critics side-eyed the details of the engagement.
Notably, Fox wrote in her Instagram announcement that she and Kelly “drank each other’s blood” after getting engaged. Additionally, Kelly revealed that he was purposeful in designing the engagement ring that he presented to Fox. “The bands are actually thorns. So if she tries to take it off, it hurts,” Kelly told Vogue in an interview shortly after the engagement. “Love is pain!”
Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox sold their ‘haunted’ house
Kelly and Fox haven’t shared any specific wedding plans yet. But in a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, the musician revealed some odd details about his home life with Fox. Kelly admitted to DeGeneres he and his Midnight in the Switchgrass co-star recently moved to a new house because their former residence was haunted. “The lady who massages us was like, ‘yeah, there’s this dark shadowy figure at the edge of your table every time I massage you in this house.'”
Kelly also noted that one day, he and Fox were lying in bed when the door violently “kicked open” on its own. At that point, the “Emo Girl” singer admitted, they were both ready to move. Since moving to their new residence, Kelly said, they’ve not had any more issues like that.
It’s not exactly clear where they’re living, however. In June 2021, the New York Post reported the pair were renting a home in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles for around $30,000 per month.
What did Machine Gun Kelly say about his tattoo incident with Travis Barker?
Later on in his interview with DeGeneres, Kelly talked about one of his newest tattoos, which he got to match his good friend Travis Barker. “We were so hyped. We had just done a song,” Kelly said. He proposed they “just get the name (of the album) tattooed on us.”
Kelly joked that sometime later, he realized that he would have to change the album’s name. Kelly eventually decided to record the conversation where he breaks the news to the Blink-182 drummer.
Both men are clearly amused in the video as Barker breaks down in laughter. The album, now titled Mainstream Sellout, is Kelly’s latest release. The singer told DeGeneres they might get new tattoos to commemorate the project. But it’s likely that they will both wait a while.
